Family vacation
We are a family of 5 on a 3 week vacation through Spain. This time we decided to stay outside of Madrid and chose la posada in Villarejo de Salvanes. The absolute best decision!! Natalia is friendly, courteous, generous and flexible. Her home is ideal! Plenty of room for all of us and some . Great open spaces to enjoy the outdoors. Immaculate and well stocked. Best of all walking distance to a quant and historic town which prides itself in great food and friendly people and plenty of sight seeing . It’s a quick 45 minutes to madrid and an hour to Toledo. It’s away from the hustle and bustle yet close enough for day trips. It’s the land of olive oil - Natalia and her daughter were gracious enough to give us a personal tour of the processing plant . Fantastic experience with tasting included.
There is a small pool in the back which is perfect for a quick dip In the hot afternoon.
A/c was fantastic.
We will return. No doubt . When we departed it felt as if we were leaving family. Don’t hesitate to stay if you are looking for affordable. Clean, fully stocked and comfortable lodging. Gracias Natalia !! Unas vacaciones espectaculares!!
