Sea ⭐️ View in Sandcastles Villas is situated on a stunning stretch of unspoiled beach, next to the hotel, on the south end, minutes away to a full scale grocery store with wine and beer. This lovely home is furnished with interesting accents and accessories that you don't often find in rental units. The thoughtful attention to details makes this home a special place for you and your guest.

Only a few steps from your villa to the beach, oceanfront pool(pictured) and the Sunken Forest, a great look-out site. Many of the walking/bike trails through the Resort are under the tree canopy, shaded for your comfort. In the resort is a mini golf course, corn hole, massive chess and checkers board and ping pong, great restaurants on site, a Spa, bike, kayak, golf cart rentals, and Segway and Kayak tours over by the Shops. All just a short walk from the condo. There is also a lovely Chapel in the resort with Sunday services. And of course, amazing Centre Street in downtown Fernandina, just 7 miles away!

We think you will find that this location is ideal. You can park your car and never need to get in it until it's time to depart. However, if you do so choose to explore more your options are endless. In the resort itself there are many private parks and playgrounds. The Drummond Park on the river side of the resort offer free Ping Pong, Pickle Ball Courts (we have rackets for your use), Basketball Court, Playgrounds and Petanque Courts. At Drummond Park you'll also find boardwalks that meander out along the salt marsh giving you an amazing vista, where you may see great blue herons, egrets, or some of the many other water birds that inhabit this area. Visit Walkers Landing and enjoy viewing the beautiful Walkers Creek perfect spot for fishing or just enjoing the view.


**Please be advised this property is not rented thru the Omni Hotel, and does not give you access to some resort amenities (i.e. the main Omni hotel pool, fitness center or shuttle service). The Racquet Park is available for paid tennis and pickleball clinics and private lessons, booked through the Omni Racquet Club. The pool for your use is the one in the photos. Guests have access to the resort's restaurants, shops, parks, trails and spa, as well as Little Sandy golf, Pickle Ball Courts and Petanque Courts over in Drummond Point.

As you may already be aware from our many 5 star reviews, we are known for having a sparkling clean, comfortable home. Together with our staff we manage every detail for you to insure a safe, clean and relaxing seaside stay. We think you’ll agree that the differences are noticeable in the quality and comfort of the furnishings and the care we take maintaining our beach home. For stays of more than 8 nights a cleaning half way during your stay will be arranged.

Cancellation Refund Policy:
Please note that our cancellation policy is more favorable to the guest then the one offered by VRBO. In the event you have to cancel please let us know and then cancel on the VRBO site. ***We will do our best to get another booking for your cancelled dates. We will reimburse you for the nights that get booked (which maybe a lower nightly rate), minus any fees from VRBO.
If you want to fully protect your vacation investment, in case of sickness, change of plans or a hurricane, we suggest that you purchase a cancel for any reason travel insurance policy.

Things To Do:
The resort restaurants Falcon's Nest, Bob's Steakhouse, Natural Slice, Veranda, Oceanside Cafe and Marche Burette are a short walk away. For the Omni's Oceanside Restaurant in the hotel overlooking the pool and ocean you may need to reserve a table through OpenTable. All the others you can just walk into or make reservations during busy times. Walkers Landing and Drummond Point on the marsh side of the resort, offers free play at ping pong, pickle ball courts(we supply racquets), basketball and petanque courts.

We offer 2 beach chairs and an umbrella. Riptide provide beach loungers and umbrellas for a daily fee, set up for you on the beach, ordered online or call 904-891-5687. Club 14 Fitness offers a full gym with daily rates and is about a ten minute drive away

Discover the charming and historical downtown of Fernandina Beach about a 15 minute drive away. Here you will find bars, restaurants, shops, historical landmarks, offshore fishing, boat and sailing excursions including sunset tours and a interesting harbor marina to stroll around or just to sit and enjoy the view. Also nearby are 5 Florida State Parks including historical Fort Clinch and horseback ride on the beach at Amelia Island State Park or have the horses delivered to another nearby beach.

We want to remind you that Hurricane Season runs from June 1 to November 30. You may want to consider travel insurance to protect your vacation investment during this time. We do not issue refund due to weather, and will only refund for Hurricanes if the roads on Amelia Island are officially closed.
