PERFECT APARTMENT

Everything was fine, the apartment is very modern, comfortable, spacious and clean. Furniture is brand new, everything worked very good. Terrace is very nice with a great view. Very quiet and peaceful, you can sleep very good.

Location is in the heart of Palma, perfect for the town center.

Very good WLAN and air conditioning system.

We really recommend this apartment!

Great place to stay in Palma. The apartment is very close to the old town, close to the most important bus station in case you are traveling without car.

The apartment has everything you need to spend the most relaxing holiday (all the equipment needed )The terrace is amazing, great view where you can spend the relaxing evenings.

We want to thank again to the owner who is a great lady, she recommended great places and restaurants to visit. Really nothing to complain...I strongly recommend this apartment.

I would definitely chose this place again to stay in Palma.

Great location, near shopping, cafe and restaurants. Lovely Apartment, with a lot of Space and nice view. We stayed 5 girls and had a very nice time. Great terrace, but shame the sun is gone in the afternoon.

Perfect place to stay to explore Mallorca/Palma

We stayed at Maria's flat for one week with our 3 children aged 12, 14, and 8. It couldn't have been better for us! It is slightly cheaper than the 2 bedroom flats which are more central but we think this is much better value and actually a better place to stay. The flat is on the 8th floor and so has panoramic views across the North East of the city. You feel slightly on top of the world sitting in the morning sun on the large terrace with a coffee watching the city wake up. Although the view is not full of interesting monuments we loved it! You can see mountains in the distance and people strolling through the park below. The bus from the airport stops literally outside your door and the train station is below your window and you can watch the little train to Soller coming and going. Despite being on the very busy main road the apartment is very quiet. It is incredibly bright, spacious and clean The beds were comfy! There is a good looking park nearby if you have younger kids as well as an excellent pool. Because you are right near the train and bus station (which is all underground so you can't see it or hear it!) you can get anywhere including Soller, Valdemossa, Inca, and any of the beaches that surround Palma so easily. Yet you can also be in the centre of the shopping district in about 5 mins. With wi fi for my teenagers it really was perfect. Thank you. Oh I nearly forgot you are also only 5 mins walk from the best market (mercat Olivier) in Palma which also has a great supermarket if you want to cook. I think we will be coming back!

Good Location

Great central location near trains and buses - ideal for catching scenic train to Soller, which is a must do.. On busy road but apartment is very quiet. Apartment was very clean and had everything needed for a holiday. Large terrace has sun all day but could do with a couple more loungers - there was only one and that had no cushion. Not a great view but doesn't really matter . Only thing I would like to see is maybe a few rugs on the floors and bath mats in bathrooms. Very nice apartment but looks a little cold and sparse. Maria, the owner, was very helpful and friendly. Would definitely stay again.

6. El piso debe dejarse recogido y en las mismas condiciones que se le entregó.
En el caso de que el viajero o sus acompañantes causen desperfectos en el apartamento, tendrán que hacerse cargo de los daños causados durante su estancia.

7. Depositar la basura en los contenedores situados en la calle a partir de las 20.00. Si se deja basura en el piso el día del check out se penalizará con 20€.

8. En caso de anulación, si el huésped cancela con menos de 30 días de antelación, no se le devolverá el 20% adelantado.

9. A partir de las 11 de la noche sea respetuoso con los vecinos y disminuya el ruido.

10. El check-in es de 15:00 a 23:00. Fuera de esta franja horaria deberá consultarse.
