The whole upstairs has been completely remodeled with new flooring, new bathrooms & a loft serving as a second living area perfect for kids. Located in the middle of the island, you are just a short drive to the islands best amenities. Stay a while on the front screened in porch and enjoy the maritime forest wildlife. The peacefulness of this location will leave you wanting to come back every year! Enjoy the newly built outdoor shower and access to the BHI club for separate purchase.

My friends and I loved this property!

I booked this home for a few friends whi were accompanying me to an ultramarathon on the the island. We LOVED the house and the location. What's beautiful home and the layout is exactly like the photos. The best part was having the golf cart at our disposal. What's a great experience.

Perfect for quiet retreat

Sabal palms was a nice quiet neighborhood, close enough to beaches and activities. Everything was in good working order, plenty of amenities. While it was only my husband and I, the place would have easily accommodated many others. We enjoyed our stay!

Wonderful Experience

Our time on BHI was fabulous! Loved everything about our stay on the island except the cleanliness of our unit.. B by the see needs a thorough cleaning. The master shower did not have a liner and the fabric decorative curtain is covered in mold. Otherwise, the unit was lovely and we really enjoyed our stay.
