MLB's Tampa Rays, NFL's Tampa Bay Buccaneers and the NHL Tampa Bay Lightning are just a short drive away. Daytona 500, Daytona Bike Week and both coasts are an easy hour's drive away. Our villa is really centrally located to everything.

Our villa features TWO master suites with KING SIZE BEDS and full en suite bathrooms. One with a large walk in shower and separate tub and the other has a full show/tub combination. Both have large walk in closets. The main master suite overlooks the pool and has access to a large covered patio area. BOTH master bedrooms include NEW 65" LED 4K Smart TV's with full streaming capabilities. The 2 other bedrooms feature new dual twin xl beds in each room with easy access 3rd full bathroom.

2 separate living room areas with one being next to the pool. It includes 2 comfortable couches and a large NEW 65" LED 4K Smart TV with You Tube TV Loaded and streaming capabilities. (Use your NETFLIX & Disney+ account) Relax in this living room overlooking the pool and awesome golf course views. The 2nd separate living area includes 2 comfortable couches and a large NEW 65" LED 4K Smart TV with 125+HD channels and streaming capabilities. We call this the gaming living room because it's equipped with an XBox One with an assortment of the games.

The kitchen overlooks the main living area with a small breakfast bar and dining area. It has been newly renovated and equipped with NEW modern stainless steel appliances. The refrigerator comes with in the door water and ice. A full coffee area is include with a new coffee maker and press. Everything you need to get your day started at the parks or early morning golf. All the kitchen amenities are included during your stay to complete your home away from home vacation.

The large private pool is a great way to stay refreshed on a hot Florida day or relax after a long day at the parks. Overlooking the Southern Dunes Golf Course with unobstructed views of the 1st fairway, the pool is the way to relax. The patio areas has a large covered shaded area with a table and lounge chairs while another large table is available for people who enjoy the sun. Both areas are perfect for early morning sunrise breakfasts, evening dinners under the stars or just plain relaxing. It's your choice. Some pool toys included. Pool protective fencing is available and easily set up if you have younger children need to kept away from the pool. An added peace of mind. Pool heating is also available at an additional cost.

The garage is a full game room with Air Hockey, Dart Board, Foosball table and Ping-pong table. Full laundry capabilities with large modern washer and dryer. Iron and ironing board are also included.

Our villa is conveniently located in the best part of Florida. Easy access to Disney World, Disney Springs, Universal Studios, Sea World, Lego Land, International Drive along with numerous other major theme parks, are just a mere 15 minutes away. The NBA's Orlando Magic and MLB's Tampa Rays, NHL Tampa Bay Lightning and the Orlando City Lions are just a short drive away.
Posner Park, Publix, Target, Walmart, Walgreens and CVS are all in the immediate area, along with numerous popular chain restaurants. Florida Mall and Millennia Mall offer great shopping experiences.

Our villa is located directly on one of Florida's prestigious Southern Dunes Golf & Country Club, ranked #6 in Golf Digests "Best courses in the state of Florida" and Golf Weeks "Top 100 Modern Courses" and a 4.5 ranking in Golf Digest.
Other extremely close courses, including Champions Gate Golf Resort, Diamondback Golf Club and Greenleaf Golf & Tennis Resort. Whether it’s shopping, sightseeing, fishing or horseback riding, all is close by and easily accessible.

Our villa has 4 cameras:
Camera #1:
Located to the right of the garage, pointing at the driveway towards the street and along the front of the house. This camera only records when motion is detected.
Camera #2:
Located on the side of the house pointing at the pool equipment. This is not located in a guest area and only used to monitor the pool equipment and pool cleaning company.
This camera only records when motion is detected.
Camera #3:
Located on the North side of the house pointing down the left side along our property line. This is not located in a guest area and only used to monitor the area for any motion that should not be there.
This camera only records when motion is detected.
Camera #4:
Located on the front side of the house pointing at the driveway and street area. This is not located in a guest area and only used to monitor street traffic, garbage pick up traffic and any possible unwanted visitors.
This camera only records when motion is detected.

All camera footage is overwritten within 30 days.
There are NO cameras in guest areas in the villa or pool area.
