Beach Access:
• Short walk to the beach
• One block from downtown Long Beach

Pets:
• Please declare your dogs. This home is Dog-Friendly for up to two well-behaved dogs
• $25 per dog per night cleaning charge, plus taxes and fees.
• Not declaring your dogs will result in a $500 fine.

Parking:
• There is only room for 2 COMPACT cars. One car in the garage and one car in the driveway.
• 110v trickle charge outlet. Extension cord not provided.
• No parking or driving on rocks between driveways
• COMPACT VEHICLES ONLY, Do Not block the driveway
• Failure to comply will result in vehicles being towed at owner's expense

Children:
• Children two and under do not count as part of the maximum occupancy.
• Baby gate and booster seat provided and located in the upstairs hall closet.

Nice place to warm up after clamming on the beach which wasn't more than a 5 min walk. We enjoyed how the place was fully equipped to make for a comfortable stay. Would definitely recommend

Great location
This was a fabulous place to stay to visit Long Beach and the Peninsula! The downstairs room was perfect with a bunkbed for the kids while the parents had space upstairs. The kitchen was fully stocked and the host checked in to make sure all was great! We definitely would stay again!
