Set in a beautiful and quiet location in the Chianti hills of Tuscany, just 12 km south of the city of Florence, Casa Il Fienile is an independent house with a spacious and fenced garden, a PRIVATE POOL with stunning views. A really oasis of peace. Envoy the sunset with a glass of wine by the pool! You’ll have the villa to yourself.
PETS ARE WELCOME! The garden is all fenced.

The house has a big kitchen, three bedrooms and two bathrooms : two spacious double bedrooms - one with private ensuite bathroom and a Jacuzzi - and a bedroom with 2 single beds (it's possible to make the 2 singe beds into a big double). A comfortable living room with a satellite 55- inch smart TV with decoder and dvd. In the living room there's also a sofa bed for 2 people. The house sleeps 6+2 people. Air-conditioning in bedrooms at first floor and in the living-room. Internet wifi.

The property has a private swimming pool, a barbecue area, a big garden with table and chairs, perfect for al fresco dining on a hot summer day!

Tuscan Family Adventure.

Vittoria and Marco were perfect hosts and very helpful during the stay. The house is ideal for a group or family holiday in Chianti. Impruneta is quieter than other more touristy towns so we enjoyed feeling part of the local area. We had a local cooking school come to the Villa for a days lesson which was fantastic. The pool was ideal for relaxing in after exploring the area. Definitely need a car to get the most out of the area.

Lovely villa, incredible view, great location

We only stayed for four days, but would happily have stayed for our whole holiday. There were incredible views from the villa and it was in a convenient location to visit Florence, Pisa, Sienna etc. Vittoria was very friendly and helpful. The owners live nearby so they're on hand if needed, although we didn't need them because everything was perfect. Lovely area to visit and great to have a pool.

Rundum zufrieden

Fast zwei Wochen haben wir zu viert die Toskana genossen. Das Haus zeigte sich so wie beschrieben und gab uns ein sehr behagliches und sehr gemütliches Zuhause. Nicht nur die günstige Lage (dicht bei Florenz, mitten in Olivenbergen), auch der schöne Garten mit herrlicher Aussicht hat uns überzeugt. Die Vermieter waren jederzeit ansprechbar bei Fragen, drängten sich aber nicht auf. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!!! Herzlichen Dank für die sehr schönen Tage mitten in der Toskana. Fantastic!

It is with great pleasure that we review one of our most wonderful stays in Tuscany. The villa was fully equipped with everything you need for comfortable living, to say nothing of the beautiful setting. Our host, Vittoria, was most helpful whenever we needed her. We enjoyed the pool and garden and found the entire landscape enchanting. The location of the villa makes it possible to have day trips to Florence, Pisa, and the Chianti region without any trouble, (as long as you have a GPS). We really enjoyed Impruneta, too. We look forward to our next visit and will definitely book this villa again. Thank you Vittoria and Marco.

Tuscan Hills Loveliness

We came. We saw. We cooked! We ate. It was awesome. Beautiful views over the hills to the south towards Siena. Saw some warm air balloons rising to the village to the southeast. Vittoria is a gracious host and her English is impeccable. Loved Impruneta and it’s relationship to Florence (about 17 km to the north). The 3 bedrooms worked well for us. I highly recommend this house for a bucolic getaway in the prettiest area in Italy.
