This apartment is located into a mediterranean villa, surrounded by a large garden with a swimming pool 12 meters x 5 meters, and a smaller indoor pool. The Villa is close to the shop ( supermarket at 50 metres )and the beach ( 800 metres away ) Quiet residential area with panoramic sea views.
Two very good restaurants are at a few steps away.
The area is served by public bus which run every 30 minutes; bus stop at the entrance. Forio downton on hand.
Larger apartments for 4 - 5 people also available.

I am Giuseppe and bin the owner of this property.
I bought a land and later built by myself this property.
I was formerly a marine engineer and travelled around the world on oil tanker ships.
Than I decided to stop this work and built this Villa for holiday rentals.
My daughter runs this property at the moment and all the family cooperates to offer good service to our several guests

Why they chose this property

I love this property because it was one of my dreams while working as engineer on the tanker ships.
This is the place where I was born and love this island terribly much, because it is full of my childhood memories, and where grow my family roots .

What makes this property unique

I built this Villa keeping in mind to be sure to have a lot of free space for garden and to build a swimming pool so to assure to our guests relax and quiet.
I still continue to take care of my vineyard, so to be sure to make a good wine to taste together with the guests, during the warm beautiful summer evenings.
