This is the only Lake Conroe location that has balconies that actually hang over the water!

This is a one bedroom unit with a king bed in the bedroom, stocked kitchen, and living room. You can fish from the balcony and you have a 180 degree, never obstructed view. Fishing is also great around the marina and from the fishing pier. Jet-ski and boat rentals on-site. Every amenity is lake-front! Acres of land to roam.

Over all stay was nice. I had to contact Janet the day before for information on check in process, which usually the property owner would contact me before hand. The pictures need to be updated of the living room area. Pictures shows carpet and a leather sofa. Which the property has no carpet and a nice comfortable sofa. Not complaining just communicating to Janet. The jacuzzi doesn't work, in the pictures the sign isn’t there. Which was going to be a plus of staying in the room because of the jacuzzi. Was a little disappointed that it wasn’t working. The bed was comfortable. We do enjoy the property because of the balcony that you are able to fish during the stay at our convenience. There is a cleaning fee that is included in the package, but we as guest are ask to take the trash out and to run the dishwasher before check out. Not sure why this isn’t included with the cleaning service that we as guest have to pay for. We do like the area that the property is located at. It’s a nice get away for a few nights.

Enjoy Stay

We enjoyed our stay. The property manager was very nice and worked with me and my 85 yo father. The condo was easily accessible and we loved that the balcony was right on the water. We would definitely go back to this property.
