Oceanfront cottage. Private beach and deck directly on Nantucket Sound with spectacular ocean views, . Swim, fish, boat, tan in your sandy back yard. Enjoy free use of our kayaks. Sleeps 2-3. Queen size bed. Sofa chair also opens up into another bed ideal for a child. Full bath, galley kitchen, AC, Cable TV, Internet, Wi-Fi, gas grill. Cottage is available by the week or by the month and weekends off-peak.

Activities a short stroll away include rental of water toys including kayaks, jet skis, para-sailing and race boat rides. This property is centrally located waterfront, address #51 south shore drive...enjoy your private beach or stroll down to shops, restaurants and public beaches along south shore drive. Mini golf, waterpark and Pirate Museum also nearby.

1 Room cottage

There was an outdoor shower but no way to keep sand off your feet from shower through the sand then into the house. Dated. Needs updates. Had to watch where you walked in the sand on the water side. Someone with dog kept letting it do it’s business right in your pathway to the water. We kept removing it but got tired of inconsiderate people!

A compact little cottage on the beach

We enjoyed our 4 night stay in early September. The weather was hot and muggy, so we were grateful for the air conditioning. The cottage is tiny but it had everything we needed to cook meals. We found the murphy bed to be very comfortable and easy to open and close.

Cozy, tiny cottage by the sea.

We had a very sweet time, we love and enjoy coming to the Cape every summer. This little cottage was very cozy and conveniently located next to the ocean. It is very small, the bed is a Murphy wall bed that you pull out. So for a couple or a single person is fine. I just feel like we paid way too much for the space. We loved and enjoyed the stay but we do feel it was a bit overpriced.

Beach lover’s spot!

The location was key for this tiny cottage. We absolutely loved the view morning, noon, and night. Perfect for a short, relaxing beach getaway!
