The Kitchen is stocked with everything you need to make your stay worry free and comfortable, including a Keurig Coffee maker. Two houses between you and the beach with partial water views from inside and out. It is less than a two minute walk to beach from front door across the access at the end of parking area. Grayton Beach is consistently named one of the most beautiful and pristine beaches in the U.S. The dune lakes along 30A provide great opportunities for observing wild life, kayaking, paddle boarding etc. Grayton Beach is unique in that you can watch the charter fishing boat captains launch their boats from the beach. When they return from their trip, they proudly display their catch of the day. You can see the famous Red Bar from the oversized back porch which is furnished with two large rockers and a bar height dining table. Porch is accessible from living area and master bedroom.
Surrounded by Grayton Beach State Park, you have 18 miles of paved bike paths with bike rentals easily available for delivery and pickup. Bike racks are located beside front stairs. There are also grills provided for your outdoor bar-b-ques. Excellent restaurants and shopping nearby. It is 5 minutes to Seaside or Watercolor and 15 miles to Sandestin.
