About this property

Our building has its OWN private pool and hot tub. You DO NOT need to make a reservation and it’s open year-round and HEATED! Store bikes in the parking garage locker.

This is THE BEST building and unit in River Run Village. It is just steps from the Keystone Gondola. You can watch the fireworks from our balcony or the couch while snuggling next to the fire! We always get compliments on how well stocked the kitchen is! Cook in the large kitchen, order in, or go out. You're RIGHT in the heart of the village!

It is an OVERSIZED 2BR/2BA. There is a king suite and double over double bunk bed in the second bedroom, made for kids, not for adults. There is a queen sized pull out foam mattress sleeper sofa in the great room. There are 3 flat screen wall mounted HD TVs. (Family room and 1 in each bedroom) You cannot beat this condo! It has everything!

Expedition Station is one of a few buildings in River Run Village that features a private pool and hot tub. DO NOT get stuck at another complex with a crowded, shared pool and hot tub, waiting for your turn.

Expedition Station features a steam room, fitness center, ski lockers, pool table, and large lobby area. It is bordered on the East by the Keystone Skating Rink in winter which turns into a mini-golf area in the summer. To the West are expansive views of the Gore Range and Buffalo Mountain.

Expedition Station is Keystone's premier condo complex boasting amazing views of Keystone Ski Resort as well.

Our actual unit is situated on the corner of the complex so it has tons of windows showcasing stunning views of the Gore Range and Keystone Ski Resort (perfect for Saturday night Fireworks). This condo also has a large balcony with a gas grill, fireplace, board games, puzzles, chess table, and much more. You'll find an amazingly comfortable and brand new king size bed, a 42-inch flat screen TV and a large, well-lit bathroom in the master. The second bedroom is a kids utopia with NEW full over full bunk beds, a 37-inch flat screen TV and tons of toys!

Spring Break Getaway

Wonderful

Condo was well kept and clean. Owner was easily accessible via messenger if we had any questions and very hospitable. Small but perfect for our trip. Location was perfect for accessing the hiking locations for our trip. Centrally located to our favorite towns Idaho Springs and Breckenridge. Building overall was dated but the pool and hot tub were in the process of a facelift. Great experience.

Both the pool and the fitness room were down. From the pictures we thought we had a view of the mou

We thought from the pictures we had a view of the mountains, which is what we wanted. It is obstructed. The condo is on the ground floor, our fault for not checking, we wanted the top floor. Also both the pool and fitness room were down, and the garage parking is very tight. I don’t think we will be staying at expedition station again.

Wonderful Stay

We had a wonderful stay at this property at Expedition Station! The kitchen was stocked with everything needed, just bring food! Our 2 boys very much enjoyed the toys which helped keep them busy on a few of the rainy afternoons. We would definitely stay at this unit again, spacious, clean, and cozy!
