Great location for NEC

The property itself needs a little bit of TLC mostly very good standard but main bathroom a little tired with no mirror and flaking paint, carpets a little shabby. One bedroom also has no mirror. The accommodation is for 6 people but not enough comfortable chairs in the living area and holes in some of the cushions. Not enough plates, cutlery ect (none of which match - which to some might be finicky) I had to go out and buy some cheap wine glasses as there were none (which I left at the house for next guests) it could just use a good deep clean, and just a little bit of time replacing and repairing certain things and then it would be brilliant, but currently would not class as luxury!!!! However saying that we had a great stay, we were at an exhibition at the NEC so the location is brilliant and in reasonably quite reaidention area.

I had complaints that I was causing arguments outside when wasnt and not pleased about the situation

Was very upset I had the cleaner knocking on the door on a Sunday had no privacy with that I wasn’t pleased at all I had got reviews about home away and would like to speak to a representative immediately

Last minute

Due to stay elsewhere that week but got a call to say the property had been flooded overnight so this was a replacement stay. Fantastic place to stay so much so I tried to book again for the following week
