Two story, elevated home located in the heart of the Captiva Village! Sunset Captiva 19 can sleep up to six guests in this two bedroom, two bath plus den house. Steps to the community pool, short walk to beach and everything else on Captiva Island!

1. The tennis courts will be closed starting July 12th, 2023 for 12-14 weeks.
2. The dock is currently closed and will be getting worked on starting August 2nd. This projected is expected to last 2 months.
3. The pool will be closed starting September 1st, 2023 for 6-8 weeks.

HOME FEATURES
Sunset Captiva 19 is a popular two-story elevated vacation home that has been updated with tropical decor and can accommodate up to six guests. The spacious living area with open floor plan has a large flat panel TV, DVD player, WIFI and a sleeper sofa. The main level also features a nice dining area and open kitchen with all appliances, cookware and utensils. There is a half bath on the main level. Up the stairs is the open loft with a day bed in addition to the king master suite and second bedroom with the two twins. The master suite has a comfortable king sized bed, en-suite bathroom and a private sun deck with seating. Enjoy the outdoors on your private screened lanai with ample seating with a high-top table as well as a cushioned sectional.

Nice place in Captiva

The house was relatively close to beach access (3 minute walk) and the close proximity to a major road in Captiva made it accessible to all parts of the island. My kids enjoyed the saline pool which was a nice break from the ocean after a few days of constant sand cleaning. Would highly recommend.

The bagged dirty laundry from the guests from the week before remained on the bottom decking the whole time we were there, which was quite unsightly. The team members were very helpful in fixing the Wi-Fi, which didn’t work - comcast had to come in and increase the strength. Unfortunately it wasn’t fixed until Tuesday.

Great place!

Great place to stay! Great location, private and quiet. A few details would make it better such as better beds and bed linens (master didn’t have a mattress pad on the bed). But overall a nice place to stay.
