About this property

Our Maisonette complex consists of 5 INDEPENDENT, self-catering maisonettes in the peaceful area of Almiros. They are built on a 5,000 sq meters plot of land perfectly located just 100m away from the unspoilt sandy beach of Almiros. The Maisonettes are the perfect property for a family or group of friends looking for a truly Greek holiday by the green nature of Corfu, yet just a few steps away from the seaside. There are 3 Maisonettes with their own private swimming pool of 35- 40 sq meters and 2 standard ones.
Each maisonette is 60 sq.m in total. Fully furnished consists of a sitting area (with a sofa-bed), a fully equipped kitchen (incl. laundry machine), a master bedroom plus a bathroom/ WC on the ground floor, and an open bedroom and a veranda with view to the sea on the first floor.
Every Maisonette is set in the middle of a private green land plot of 1.000 sq meters with its own veranda, parking space and bbq.
The properties are at a distance of less than 2 km from the lively resort of Acharavi.

Total zufrieden!

Es war sauber, die Lage genau wie beschrieben und der Pool größer als gedacht. Der Vermieter antwortet immer schnell und beantwortet jede Frage gerne. Wir waren zu fünft und es hat gepasst. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Almyros visit via UK/Greece Airbridge

We holiday to Greece every year and so were thankful for the chance to go despite the global pandemic. We have never had a Villa before, not booked an accommodation via Homeaway. So this was vet much a break from the norm. But a desire to lessen the contact with others by having our own place and the affordability of Villa Filia made perfect sense. The property itself was perfect for us in that respect. Accommodation was relatively basic, but the Greek norm. We had everything we needed. Air con was excellent, pool was fabulous. Location was rather isolated and we were glad to have the car as you could not have functioned without it. Local supermarket had shut so you had to drive to Achravi which was only 5 mins, but way more than a walk each day to the bakery. A couple of local tavernas kept you going in the evening and were all within 10 min walk. The beach was 2 min walk away and incredibly quiet. On the negative side, one must mention the wifi which was poor. It did mean the boys were sociable, but made planning excursions difficult. We had no wifi for the last two days despite contacating our host. The accommodation is relatively isolated amidst Greek farmers and as a consequence there were three Cockerals that might as well been in the grounds of the Villa and were a constant annoyance both night and day. The grass area around the pool was spacious and lovely, unfortunately one needs to be wary of the wasps that are hidden amongst it. Both my boys fell victim. Finally, the mosquitos!! They were probably the worst we have encountered in Greece. Some out of season storms at the start of our holiday probably contributed, but they were present en mass were the car was parked.

Tolles Haus, toller Ort, tolle Insel

Wir hatten mit vier Erwachsenen und einem Baby einen wunderschönen Urlaub. Der private Pool war fabelhaft und wurde regelmäßig gereinigt. Der ist Strand nah und nicht überlaufen. Die Tavernen fußläufig rundherum preiswert und gut. Da das Haus nicht direkt im Zentrum liegt würde ich einen Leihwagen für den Weg zum großen Supermarkt und den ein oder anderen Ausflug empfehlen. Die Insel lohnt sich!! Wenn man dann noch etwas gegen Mücken dabei hat steht einem traumhaften entspannten Urlaub nichts im Weg. Absolut zu empfehlen 😊

Idéal pour famille de 4

Location propre et idéalement située à 2mn à pieds de la mer et de tavernes mais en retrait des hotels à touristes et du tumulte qui va avec. Piscine super et service d'entretien professionnel. Notrefamille composée de 2 enfants à trouvé ses aises dans cette maison et beaucoup de plaisir dans la piscine. Le propriétaire Stamatis s'est également avéré de bon conseil et à notre écoute.
