The Green House was built in 1900 and features period details including stained glass windows, pocket doors, and a servant’s staircase. With over 2,000 square feet, there’s plenty of room to spread out. The downstairs boasts a large entry, two living areas, a full dining room with an electric fireplace, and a spacious kitchen with plenty of space to cook. There are three bedrooms and a library upstairs. Feel free to take a look at our book collection and then curl up on the custom window seat to read and soak up the sun. All of the bedrooms have ample room; Bedroom one is the largest and contains a king bed, bedroom two a full, and bedroom three also has a full and can have an air mattress added upon request. There is also a playpen available upon request.
In addition to the three bedrooms, there is a small bed in the library as well as oversize couches perfect for kids or extra guests. There is a TV in the main living area as well as a 32” TV in the master bedroom. Free Wi-Fi. Each TV has Apple TV with Netflix & Hulu. Since the Green House is located on a large corner lot, there is plenty of on street parking available at any time.
