Joseph Villa is built on a slope of a mountain offering a majestic view over Kournas Lake and the sea . The mountains are reflected into the lake creating a beautiful picture and when the sun falls behind them the view becomes breathtaking...You can spent many relaxing afternoons at the lake strolling, swimming, riding a pedalo or even eating or drinking a coffee at one of the restaurants with lake view. For more amenities the fishing village of Georgioupolis - the starting point of a long, sandy beach - is 6km away.

The 2000sq.m. garden of the villa is covered with colourful plants, olive trees and grass. Every part of the garden offers great view. The big, private pool has a children's area. Joseph Villa is a two floor building. The living area with the fireplace is furnished with a comfortable corner sofa and a traditional Cretan sofa. An arch separates the kitchen and the dining set from the living area. On this floor there are also a twin bedroom and a bathroom. Wooden stairs lead at the first floor that consists of one twin bedroom, one double bedroom, a bathroom and two verandas.
