Charming Italian townhouse from the 17th century, located in the middle of the historic center (centro storico) in the town of Casoli, Chieti province - between the mountains and the sea - in the Italian region of Abruzzo. A town listed by the organisation "I Borghi più Belli d'Italia" as one of the most beautiful in Italy.

The house has 3 bedrooms, open fireplace, renovated modern kitchen, renovated bathroom with shower and washing machine and a living room including a work area. Also included is both private walled garden with outdoor shower and shade under the pergola or orange tree - as well as a terrace with amazing views and sunsets over the Majella mountains and the valley. All recently renovated while keeping the old charm.

A wonderful holiday home

This is a lovely home. The pictures don't don't do it justice. Views are breath-taking, the town and people are also amazing. Christoffer's recommendations for places to eat and towns to visit did not disappoint. Thank you for having us!

Bella soluzione in un contesto gradevole.

Premetto che le foto non rendono giustizia alla bellezza della casa, soprattutto al giardino che è molto carino. Anche se stiamo parlando di una casa in pieno centro storico, la casa è moderna e funzionale. Da tenere in considerazione che le camere da letto al piano superiore sono comunicanti quindi peccano un po' di privacy ma è l'ideale per chi ha bimbi piccoli. Sempre da tenere in considerazione che la casa non è raggiungibile con l'auto in quanto posizionata su una gradinata (molto carica e curata) del centro storico.

For the central location in a picturesque market town listed as one of the most beautiful in all of Italy. The house is close to all the amenities one can need - yet still having both a terrace and a private garden. And for the location of the town - perched on a hill in the middle of olive groves and vineyards, close to all the beautiful beaches of Costa dei Trabocchi, yet also close to hiking, biking, river rafting and skiing at Abruzzos biggest ski resorts in the Majella mountains – there is always something to do and to explore.
