Oasis 2416, formerly known as Phoenix West II 2416

This is a north facing unit but still has beach views from the huge Master Bedroom and balcony off living room.

Be the first to relax and enjoy your stay in this beautifully appointed, professionally decorated four bedroom, five bath condo. Come check out the large custom kitchen and a 60'' HD TV in the living room, and flat panel HD TVs in all the bedrooms. This unit was just recently decorated on 5/15/17 and never rented until NOW !!

Upon entering you can't help but let out a sigh, grab your favorite drink and relax. The north facing living room has floor to ceiling windows and breath taking views. A wet-bar, and ice-maker will enhance any party. The large master bedroom has great views of the beach, incredible to wake up to!!

The condo's master bedroom has a king bed, the 2nd bedroom also has a King bed, there are two queens in the bedroom and the 4th bedroom has a queen bed for sleeping up to 10.

For your convenience we have installed a key-less entry door lock so you and your family/friends do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay!

Enjoy a swim in the large lazy river, while the kids spend hours enjoying the water-slide. The heated indoor pool is perfect for those cooler days. There is also a large state of the art exercise room. You have covered parking in the garage.

Parking: You must purchase your parking passes upon arrival, they are a one time fee of $60 per vehicle. Any 4br unit you rent at Oasis guarantees you can purchase up to two parking passes, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay.

Stout vacation 2024

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: There was 7 of us. We had a great time. The only issue was i thought the pool seemed very cloudy and the hot tubs were not working very well.

Family Vacation in Orange Beach, AL

The property and condo was absolutely amazing! The location to the beach made it easy access because we had young children with us and the water slide and lazy river were a hit!! The condo itself was spacious and I hope we can book again for next year! One comment on the bedding in the master bedroom, spring for sheets that actually fit the bed. The fitted sheet was too small and kept coming off each night as we slept.

1st Trip to Orange Beach!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful stay at Phoenix West II 2416 - the condo was beautiful and spacious for our part of 8 adults. Wanted to give a should out to Julie @Phoenix Rentals- she was on top of customer service. We had a few issues with the washing machine that were addressed immediately as well as a few other minor issues.
