Our Pinewood Cottage is a 1000 square foot, three bedroom, one bathroom cottage, located on beautiful Lake Thompson. Only steps away from a level sandy beach with a gentle slope to the water, with full view of the lake (only 100 ft from the water). Dock space included and boat available upon request. Level parking space steps away from the cottage for your convenience. Cottage comes fully furnished (full kitchen including a microwave, coffee pot, and complete cookware), large open concept kitchen, dining area, and living room. Private deck overlooking lake. 3 spacious bedrooms; 1 queen bed, 1 bunk bed (twin over full), and 2 twin beds. Sleeps 6 - 8. Other amenities: Cable TV, Free Wi-Fi, Central Air. Available for rent throughout the year.

Lake Thompson is a 400 acre Class A Musky lake just east of Rhinelander with Northern, Walleye, Largemouth bass, Smallmouth bass, and plenty of pan fish.
Public boat landing is a short distance.

Quiet relaxing feel good home

A nice property with a very quiet neighborhood. We went for the Tomahawk motorcycle rally but didn't want to be a part of the crowd. Great choice for us. So relaxing and feels almost like your just at a family members house. Owner is super nice and helpful. Thank you for allowing us to stay!

Great place for our family

This cabin was absolutely perfect for our family! The location was perfect--right on the lake with access to kayaks and a very clean beach. :) Our 6 kids had so much fun. Highly recommend!

Relaxing and Quiet

The property is clean and very comfortable. The veiw of the lake from the large deck is awesome. The only disappointment was the fishing, did not catch one fish all week.

Quiet, pleasant and peaceful.

Quiet, pleasant and peaceful vacation just like my family remembers. Spent lots of time down on the water swimming, fishing and boating over to the little island. We ventured out & did some hiking, biking, horseback trail riding, go-karting and mini golfing. It was so wonderful to revisit old memories and make new memories with my family.
