About this property

This spacious, three-bedroom condo with loft is located in the quiet beachside neighborhood of Beachwalk Villas. This shaded and quiet neighborhood is minutes from the beach and all of the activities at the Village of Baytowne.

The downstairs has an open concept with high ceilings- the dining room will seat six and the breakfast bar will seat three. The kitchen has updated appliances and hard surface countertops with a full-sized dishwasher, side by side refrigerator with ice maker and water in the door! The kitchen is completely stocked with dishes, cookware and serving pieces for those large family meals.

The first/ground floor contains two bedrooms each with their own bathroom and a full-sized washer and dryer in the hall.

The upstairs contains the master suite with a king bed and a master bath with double sinks, shower, and a bathtub. The loft includes one sleeper sofa and two twin-size beds.

The Living room has a sofa, loveseat, and comfy chairs, and opens up on to the patio which has a view of the lake- a wonderful place to recoup after a day of running around the resort.

Interior was nice , beds and indoor furniture was nice . Outdoor furniture needs replaced , old and rusty . Walk in entry and back landscape is rough . Pleanty of kitchen items for daily use . Back sliding doors need replaced , can't hardly see thru due to seals broke and cloudy windows . Golf cart broke down but was fixed the next day , dryer had issues but was fixed the next day . Overall our stay was good . Thanks

We come every year at New Year’s with family from other states to visit Baytown Wharf, visit beach, and watch a lot of college football.

Thanksgiving Fun!!

We had the best time!! Nicely remodeled & very clean rental. Enjoyed the pond in the back yard for fishing. Easy access to the beach, pool, ponds & Baytowne Wharf with the golf cart provided. We will definitely be back next year for our 3rd trip.

Terrific location. Clean, Roomy, adequate cooking supplies. Owner easy to deal with and communicates well. It's our 3rd year renting the unit. Nice having king and queen size beds rather than single beds.

We enjoyed our stay had plenty of room.It did need more paper goods as of toilet paper and dishwashing detergent.There was only enough for 2days.

Location is key in this area and you don't need to go far to find something for every member of your family.
