2 - 'the pool level': for 4 people, 2 bedrooms with shower rooms and toilets, a kitchen, large terrace and swimming pool. rates: 2500 € / week in high season.

3- 'workshop-stay': for 2 to 6 people, large bedroom (45 m²) 1 DOUBLE BED + 2 SINGLE BEDS with shower room, wc, panoramic terrace, kitchen, living room of 50 m² + terrace, laundry room, wc . rates: 2500 € / week in high season. The workshop part is air conditioned.

Amazing house in a perfect location

We had a beautiful stay in the house. It could easily accommodate everyone and the outdoor area around the pool was perfect. The house is beautiful and has everything you need. There are a lot of stairs so be mindful of this and we were there when it was very hot and there is air conditioning only in certain areas. Phillipe was kind to provide additional air conditioning which was very much appreciated. Overall Saint Florent waa gorgeous and the beaches of Saleccia and Lotu are some of the best in the world.

Super séjour, maison moderne

La maison est très bien située à quelques minutes seulement de la plage, pas loin du centre en voiture ou même à pied. Merci à vous, maison très moderne et vue incroyable sur la mer.

Semaine de rêve

Maison magnifique et parfaitement située à 2 pas de la plage, du départ du sentier des douaniers et du village de Saint Florent. La maison est très fonctionnelle et offre plusieurs vues sur la mer, le village, les agriates et le Cap. La maison étant sur plusieurs niveaux, il ne faut pas avoir peur des escaliers mais on s’y fait très vite (même nos petits de 4 et 7 ans) et tout a été pensé pour profitez du cadre. Nous reviendrons !

Maison mal entretenue et beaucoup trop chère pour les prestations fournies

La personne de l'agence était charmante mais le propriétaire n'entretient pas sa maison, tout est sale, clim en panne, volet piscine cassé, jardin sale et pas entretenu, lave vaisselle ne lavant pas... bref prestations qui ne sont pas à la hauteur du prix réglé pour notre séjour. C'est dommage car la maison pourrait être agréable si elle était mieux entretenue.

prestations décevantes et accueil médiocre

Mauvaise surprise à notre arrivée en fin d’après-midi vers 17h : la maison n’est pas prête et en chantier . Après le départ de l’équipe de ménage , le maison était très sale: carreaux dégoûtants et non lavés , des poils de chients au sol , les lits ne sont pas fait , la Clim a l’étage fuit à grande eau et donc inutilisable, la piscine est trouble, la terrasse dégoûtante. Cette maison a été une belle maison dans le passé probablement mais on ressent un manque d’entretien : les poignées vous restent dans certaines chambres dans les mains, la porte d’une salle de bain dans la chambre bloque quand vous êtes à l’intérieur et l’occupant reste enfermé ….et une chambre en dessous de la piscine est inutilisable tellement elle est humide. Surprenant également, la maison ne possède presque aucun rangement ( placard ou portants) dans les chambres ce qui vous oblige à laisser vos vêtements dans les valises…. Tout ceci a été bien entendu immédiatement signalé à l’agence dés notre arrivée et au propriétaire également qui a semblait être bien peu préoccupé par nos soucis et remarques !!! Le rapport qualité / prix est bien décevant pour une maison louée à ce prix mais quel dommage pour cette maison au calme , très proche du bord de l’eau , à quelques minutes à pied du cœur de Saint Florent et avec une vue magnifique sur la baie et la citadelle.
