Panoramic villa with PRIVATE POOL just 2 km from the beach of Giardini Naxos, Taormina's adjacent coastal town with several bars and restaurants by the water. From both the terrace and the pool you have a breathtaking view on the whole East coast of Sicily including Mt Etna, the sea, small craters on the lower part of the volcano and the castle of Calatabiano (which, by the way, hosts a quality restaurant reachable by cable car.)

Villa Vincenzo Bellini is perfect for families. The villa is located in a quiet residential area and it was built in 2003. It features quality furnishing, central heating, marble stairs, and many terraces and balconies. All rooms have air-conditioning, TV and WiFi. The kitchen has a fridge with ice maker and a dishwasher. There is a big barbecue (electric and charcoal) and private parking.

The villa is on 4 floors.
On the ground floor:
- a living room with well equipped kitchen island and a bathroom;

On the first floor:
- a second living room;
- a double room with access to the garden;
- a bathroom toilet, bidet and shower.

On the second floor:
- a master bedroom with panoramic balcony and en-suite bathroom, shower, bidet, toilet;
- a twin room;
- a double room;
- a bathroom with toilet, bidet and bath with shower.

On the upper floor (an open space where the roof slopes rapidly from 2.50 meter to the floor):
- a living with double sofa bed, a double bed and two single beds;
- bathroom with shower, bidet and toilet.

A bus to the beach stops at 200 meters from the villa and runs every 15-20 minutes.

The pool is exclusively for the guests and it is surrounded by lush vegetation and a lawn. It measures 11 meters by 6 meters and its depth range between 1.5 and 2.5 meters.
