Villa Costa Bianca is as much an ideal place from where explore the South-Eastern part of Sicily, as it is a delightful home where to finally appreciate your well deserved free time. The villa offers modern comfort such as air-conditioning and Wifi, breathtaking views on the sea, a well tended garden with a wide view on the rocky hills and many shaded areas surrounded by palm trees and colourful bougainvillea, which are perfect frames for pleasant outdoor dinners.
Villa Costa Bianca consists of two independent apartments which can be rented together or separately.
- The main apartment, (which we call Casa Costa), is located on the first and second floor and consists of 3 double bedrooms, a bathroom with shower, a kitchen and a spacious living room with a fireplace. From the living room you can access the huge terrace with arches that offers a spectacular view on the coast and the sea.
- The second apartment, (that we call Casa Bianca), is located on the ground floor and consists of a living room with kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom with shower. On this floor there is also a dependance, more simple than the rest of the villa, with a a double bed, a kitchenette and a bathroom. This apartment also has a nice terrace with sea view.
Villa Costa Bianca can gorgeously meet your holiday needs. Several white sandy beaches, such as Arenella and Fontane Bianche are at a short drive from the villa. Rare beauties like Ortigia, Noto, Modica, as well as the Mount Etna are all reachable with an easy day trip.
Please note that the price for the rental of Villa Costa Bianca includes 300 Kw electricity per week. Once this has been used we will charge 0.40 Euro Cent per Kw.
We have been with Homeaway since 2006, proposing houses that are able to unfold Sicily's colours and charm at best.
Houses with quality furnishing in unique locations, with incredible views or with a pool, always accurately selected in order to satisfy our main wish: to see you falling in love with Sicily just like we did.
We provide you with transparent information and true pictures. What you see is exactly what you get. We will advise you as much as we can about travel info, transfers and car rental.
Dinners in villas and other extra services can also be arranged. Finally, our prices are final rates! There are no hidden additional costs. We are flexible with your arrivals and departures and if you need a late check-in this is usually possible.
Syracuse is noted for its rich Greek history, culture, amphitheatres, architecture and association to Archimedes, playing an important role in ancient times as one of the top powers of the Mediterranean world; it is over 2,700 years old. Syracuse is located in the south-east corner of the island of Sicily, right by the Gulf of Syracuse next to the Ionian Sea.
The city was founded by Ancient Greek Corinthians and became a very powerful city-state. Syracuse was allied with Sparta and Corinth, exerting influence over the entire Magna Grecia area of which it was the most important city. Once described by Cicero as 'the greatest Greek city and the most beautiful of them all', it later became part of the Roman Republic and Byzantine Empire. After this Palermo overtook it in importance, as the capital of the Kingdom of Sicily. In the modern day, the city is listed by UNESCO as a World Heritage Site.
Summer holidays south of the city of Syracuse focus firmly on beach and sea. Boasting creamy sands and translucent seas, it's got everything sunbathers and swimmers could want, including water sports and clear-watered coves for snorkelling. Noto, a magnificent little city famous for its stunning Baroque architecture, lies 20 kilometres away. You can’t miss the traditional afternoon stroll down its main street. Noto is part of the UNESCO World Heritage Site 'Late Baroque Towns of the Val di Noto'. Generally listed as one of the 'must-see' tourist attractions of this part of Sicily, Noto is a pleasant and attractive little town, with a historic centre that is composed almost entirely of crumbling Baroque palaces, churches and houses.
