About this property

This newly constructed 3 bedroom + 2 living room villa is designed in detail so you can have a great and comfortable vacation. This beautiful home is located in the heart of Antigua, a city known for its well preserved Spanish Baroque influenced architecture as well as ruins of colonial churches. Just a 15 minutes walk from the famous Parque Central. This villa is a perfect place for couples, families with small children, and groups of friends to enjoy all the rarities of Antigua.

Bright and specious home with a beautiful terrace overlooking Volcan de Agua and a yard with professionally landscaped garden and fountain. The perfect place to watch breathtaking sunsets or enjoy a peaceful outdoor breakfast. This home has a fully-equipped kitchen with natural light pouring in though the windows and skylight. Don't feel like cooking? We can recommend a very affordable cook that can create delicious meals to suit all tastes and pallets. There are 3 bedrooms, all with their own full bathrooms. For your entertainment there is a brand new billiards table in the second living room, flat-screen TV's with cable in all bedrooms and living room, DVD player, and WiFi throughout the entire home. There is also a laundry room that is fully-equipped for your convenience.

For your convenience the first floor is fully accessible to the elderly and disabled. First floor features 2 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, living-room with fireplace, dining-room, kitchen, laundry-room, access to garden and fountain. The second floor features a terrace with a patio set. Also on the second floor is a 2nd living room with a brand new billiards table, and 3rd bedroom with a bathroom.

Upon arrival you will be greeted by our bilingual host Sofia who will answer any questions you may have about your stay, schedule a daily cleaning service at your convenience, make reservations to restaurants, arrange transportation, or help you plan your perfect trip. We also offer babysitting services upon request at an extra cost.

The rental includes, daily maid service, cable and Internet, Wifi, one car garage, trash service, linens, towels, toiletries, baby dining chair , crib and a cellphone for local calling.

The house is located 9 blocks from Parque Central, restaurants, night clubs, bars, local stores, and banks. One block away from our property is a bakery, a convenience store, and a tortilleria where you can buy fresh corn tortillas.

Antigua is a city where just about everything is within walking distance but we can also arrange a taxi or a Tuk-Tuk to pick you up from our property.

Nice apartment slightly out of the way

This is a beautiful home, very reasonably priced. Great view from the rooftop. If you want to cook, the kitchen is amazing. It's a short walk to the main area of Antigua. It's hard to fine and numerous Uber drivers got lost going there.

As beautiful as its pictures.

Spacious, with views of the volcanoes from the upstairs terrace, in a quiet section on the outskirts of bustling Antigua center. The chicken bus stop is a five minute walk, and the bus will take you to the marketplace on the other side of the Parque Central. And you should definitely take the chicken bus at some time while you're there - two quetzales (about 25 cents). It's the quintessential Guatemalan experience. We took a chicken bus daily to our work site in Alotenango, 30 minutes away. What a blast! If you walk to the center, there are many nice restaurants and bars along the way, including a craft brewery with the cleanest bathrooms we found anywhere. About five blocks from the house is a free shuttle to El Tenedor, an elegant restaurant on the top of a steep hill with lovely grounds that is also an art museum. You don't have to go to the restaurant, just wander the grounds and enjoy the views of Antigua below.

Beautiful, spacious, comfortable, and a 15 minute walk (or short tuk-tuk ride) to the city center.

This was truly a beautiful property with 3 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. Beautifully decorated! There was an amazing bouquet of flowers when we arrived along with a lovely bottle of Merlot and a pack of fresh coffee. The house has a guava tree growing in the middle of the open courtyard and we actually were able to find a ripe fruit on it! A 5 minute walk takes you to a lovely little bakery (on Avenida 1) as well as a fruit stand. The Cerro de la Cruz is easily walkable as well, it can be reached in 15 minutes. Similarly, a 15 minute walk takes you to La Merced and the Arco de Santa Catalina with so many restaurants around. If you prefer to ride a tuk-tuk, just call Eduardo and the tuk-tuk will meet you at the door in five minutes! Paola is incredibly helpful and very responsive. She gave us a lot of tips and made sure we were comfortable throughout. She even gave us a cell phone with 50 minutes on it that you can use for local calls. Really, they thought of everything. Highly recommended!
