Welcome to Alaska! Newly remodeled studio apartment close to Soldotna. Fully furnished kitchen with dining area. Apartment provides comfortable, relaxing accommodations .The twin beds allow for a friendly getaway, or can be combined into a king sized bed for a couples retreat! We are minutes from the Kenai River and other local attractions, as well as shopping. We are in a location that contains lots of wildlife as well as walking trails for those late nights or lazy days. Enjoy the beautiful scenery close-by.

The apartment was lovely, but the roads were full of potholes.

As I was coming for back surgery so the potholes were challenging until the grader went through. Lovely country setting and moose sightings. I would recommend this home for folks who are not in pain though

Why they chose this property

We are on a private lot, away from the hustle and bustle of traffic. We are still close to town, but far enough that it feels rural. We love the community in our neighborhood.
