VERY SPACIOUS, the apartment consists of THREE SEPARATE BEDROOMS:
the first bedroom has two single beds, the second bedroom has a double bed while the third bedroom has a double bed and a single sofa bed, each equipped with air conditioning.
TWO WIDE BATHROOMS FROM MODERN DESIGN, one with a large tub very comfortable, ideal for relaxing and cooling off after intense days of work or long walks through the streets of Milan and the other with a large shower and washing machine.
The apartment is completed by a BRIGHT LIVING ROOM with a 42 "flat screen TV, air conditioning, a dining table for 8 people and comfortable sofas where you can relax and enjoy a glass of red wine. The open kitchen is fully equipped and equipped with everything you need to prepare your favorite dishes: induction plate that guarantees safety, speed and low consumption, microwave, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, oven, fridge and freezer and much other.

Bonne expérience pour une première

Appartement très spacieux, élégant et silencieux alors qu il se situe vers la gare. Pleins de petits supermarchés à côté et proche du marché. Très facile d accès pour visiter Milan avec les transports en commun. Merci Nico

Apt Milan gare centrale

Très bel appartement, décoration contemporaine, une très belle pièce de vie, les chambres sont spacieuses, il ne manquait rien. quartier porche de la gare centrale de milan. à 4 min a pieds de la gare et de la station de métro. beaucoup de petits commerces et restaurants Petit bémol, le quartier de la gare centrale draine beaucoup de sdf immigrés (drogue et alcool le soir) Evitez de venir en voiture ou évitez de la garer dans se quartier, la mienne a été malheureusement fracturée.

Medical Conference at MiCo Milan

Two colleagues and I stayed in this apartment while attending a medical conference in Milan and had a wonderful experience. The apartment is spacious, and clean, and more beautiful in person than in the photos. The location is within 30 minute walk to most of the major attractions of Milan and within 15-20 minutes by public transportation which is easy to use. It is within 5 minute walk of central station. It took 20 minutes on the metro to get to and from MiCo convention center, making it ideal for attending a conference. The apartment itself is gorgeous. The living area and kitchen are open concept and well stocked with dishes and furniture. We did not cook in the apartment, but made coffee daily using the provided nespresso machine and enjoyed charcuterie, wine, etc which we purchased from a supermarket around the corner. There is ample space for seating in the kitchen and living room. The bedrooms are large, with comfortable beds and luxurious linens. Two of the bedrooms have king size beds and the third bedroom has two twin beds. There are two bathrooms, one with a tub and the other with a shower. The wifi and air conditioning worked well. The water pressure was good in both bathrooms. There were ample plugs for all our electronic devices. The check-in and check-out process were easy and owners available if we needed. I will definitely stay again when visiting Milan, either for business or pleasure.

Great apartment and hosts

We were seven Swedish guys visiting Milano for football, vineyards, sightseeing and food. The apartment was as good as shown on the internet and the correspondence with the hosts was really good even after flight delays and similar. Best recommendations!

Stylish flat in a great location

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our seven night stay at this lovely flat very close to Central Station and to local grocery stores. We found the flat to be just as advertised in the photographs and found the check-in/check-out process with friendly Manuela to be easy. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and secure. The location was a short walk to Central Station’s metro lines, and we were also able to walk to four of our evening dinners. The lift was handy for getting our bags up to the apartment. As we mentioned, the apartment was very stylish and lovely, but sometimes we think that style should take a back seat to function. Our suggestions in that regard would be the following: (a) install a place in the shower to put your soap and shampoo, because it is very easy to get water outside the curtain and onto the floor when reaching outside for those items; (b) better lighting in the bathrooms (we had to bring in a light from one of the bedrooms so that my wife could see to apply her makeup; (c) a plug in either bathroom for the hairdryer (the hairdryer’s plug only worked in the kitchen area); and (d) getting rid of the jumble of hangers in the closets and on the rack in the bedroom and installing uniform hangers (which would appear more pleasing and be more functional). We were very grateful for Vanessa’s suggestions on restaurants and advice, and can recommend this property.
