About this property

Guests are sure to enjoy a memorable vacation in this fully furnished, 3 bedroom / 1 bath home. The main/master bedroom has a queen-sized bed, while the two remaining bedrooms are also furnished with queen-sized beds, comfortable for sleeping 6 people. We have a Pack and Play and high chair available. The living room is furnished with a Smart TV, and a comfortable sofa for sleeping 1 person. The kitchen is perfect for dining as it is equipped with all the modern conveniences. Situated near the river, guests can enjoy an afternoon of swimming and fishing and later watch the sunset from the patio off the living room. Video Doorbell is present at the front and back exterior doors of the house.

UM Graduation Weekend

House was great for the weekend - location close to UM campus; the hot tub was well used! the backyard was a nice hang out spot. The house was great for our week in town.

Quick Ski Get Away

We were very pleased with our stay. The girls and kids needed a place to be while we went skiing, and this was the perfect spot. Quiet except foer the trains, clean, lots of amenities (even for the babies), and super easy communication and check-in/out process. I would certainly recommend this place to others looking for a place to stay!

Visiting Missoula to see family

This is my second time to book this home. It is everything you would expect per listing. It is extremely clean Kitchen is well stocked. Back lawn is fenced. Quiet neighborhood but a very short , easy distance from downtown. Will always check this rental for availability when I come to Missoila.

Awesome holiday weekend for our family!

Had a great Thanksgiving holiday staying here while visiting our daughter who attends U of Montana. Great location, perfect size for our family and Matt responded quickly when we reached out with a question during our stay. 5 stars! 👍

Great location for Bonner activities

We had a great short stay at this property, conveniently located near kettlehouse amphitheater. There was cornhole, netflix, horse shoes and a hot tub. The place was clean, organized and the fridge had a lot of condiments stocked. Thank you!

We bought this house to have a place close to the river with beautiful views of the mountains and easy access to fly fishing, spinning, kayaking, tubing and rafting. It is also conveniently very close to I-90 so hopping on the Interstate to go hunting, skiing or golfing is VERY EASY.

It is also conveniently very close to I-90 so hopping on the Interstate to go hunting, skiing or golfing is VERY EASY. At certain times of year you can see elk, deer, birds, bears and other wildlife on the mountains surrounding this place.

What makes this property unique

Beyond the property to the back are train tracks and there is train cargo traffic. For little kids this can be a neat opportunity to see and hear a train in action or parked. We wouldn't say the train sounds are quiet but they are short lived and most residents in the area say they are easy to get used to. We have provided ear plugs in case this is a concern of yours but to us it really adds another element to what life is really like in the West.
