Enjoy this spectacular private compound newly remodeled as a vacation destination with all the conveniences of a luxury home. The home is nestled on 1 acre of lakefront property on Lake Hamilton in Hot Springs, AR and sleeps up to 24 guests.

The three homes are situated around a large oval driveway that offers plenty of parking. There are several grassy areas for playing and lounging as well as 100’ of lake frontage. All of the homes are equipped with Roku Smart TV’s as well as WIFI access. This private oasis is perfect for a family or group retreat in a great main channel location, and also close to many amenities.

The lake front home is a light filled custom designer home featuring 2 bedrooms, a bunk room, 2 bathrooms, and laundry. Soaring ceilings offer 9 foot windows showcasing 180 degree views of beautiful Lake Hamilton. A large deck off the open floor plan living/kitchen/dining area offers ample outdoor seating, two charcoal grills, wood burning fire pit, tables and sofas for the ultimate spot for relaxation. The indoor fireplace is non-working.

The guest house offers peek-a-boo lake views from almost every room. This home has 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, and two pull-out sofas in the living room/sitting area. This houses accommodates up to 10 people. The large open kitchen gets beautiful morning light to enjoy coffee by. There are also 2 large living areas, dining room, and laundry. This home is very relaxing and comforting with access to the large yard and lake just steps away.

The cabin is perfect for a couple or small family. You can just chill out in bed and watch TV or soak in the lake views from the large private deck. The cabin has a queen bed and pull out couch available, along with a kitchen, bathroom, and lounging areas inside and out. This 360 sq. foot home can accommodate 2-4 guests.

All three homes combined can sleep up to 24 guests and feature high quality mattresses that are clean and new. The property is close to town but you feel completely secluded in nature’s paradise. Sit and watch the boats go by and the sun go down behind the trees, fish or swim off the dock, you’ll fall in love with The Lake Lodge-it’s unbeatable!

Please note that the doorbell at the front door of each dwelling is a Ring Video Doorbell used to monitor access when the property is unoccupied. For the privacy of our guests, there are no interior cameras. Landscape services are on Tuesdays.

Great Time

Everything was great! Just as presented on line. The large yard made it possible for the kids to play games and lots of room for outdoor movie night. The kayaks were lots of fun.

Perfect for Large Families

We chose this property as a new location for our yearly family lake trip. My siblings and parents live in various locations across the country. With four individual families, each with children, we have struggled in past years to find locations that could comfortably accommodate us. The property was ideal in that it offers a large spacious great room for meals, games, and family time but also gave everyone privacy and individual space to relax. We brought a boat along with two jet skis. The dock accommodated us well and also allowed for fishing. Fantastic experience. We will definitely book this one again.

The property on Summersweet Trail in Royal AR was perfect for our family of 17. The pool was enjoyed by all but especially the kids. All the space was extremely helpful. Communication with the property manager was easy and she was very responsive and helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our family vacation

Amazing vacation spot

Amazing property! The 3 areas allowed for quiet time for those who sought alone time while others enjoyed the deck, lake and hot tub. Beautiful layout with spectacular views. Beds were comfortable and everything we needed we had! Owners were very responsive and so so nice! Thank you we had a great vacation.

Couldn't have picked a better place

My husband and i got married in hot springs this weekend from out of state, and these homes accommodated our friends and family perfectly. The host was so easy to communicate with, everything was clean and in great quality. This listing is absolutely gorgeous and matched the photos identically. We would recommend this 100x over, ans hope to one day come back and stay again!
