This house is located on the South End of Lake Elizabeth in Twin Lakes Wisconsin. Lake Elizabeth is the larger and more peaceful lake of both of the Lakes. The house is very spacious and is currently going under a renovation so it will have new flooring and a new bathroom. The house has 2 medium sized bedrooms upstairs. The house can comfortably sleep 8 people and that still leaves room for more air mattresses and sleeping bags in case your are planning a party. The house is located right next door to the famous Sandbar Island Grill, where you can have great food and drinks and enjoy the Oasis style atmosphere. The pictures that are shown in the photos will be updated after the property is ready. The property will be available for rent at the beginning of June.

The house was spacious and comfortable, if you don’t mind sharing sleeping space (we didn’t mind). The bedrooms are upstairs and lofted, and it was pretty hot up there. The air conditioner is in the bathroom, but not powerful enough to cool the upstairs. There are also very few dishes, bowls, pots and pans. We brought some of our own, and had to buy some. We loved having the boat we rented right out the door, and the staff at the marina were amazing. They’re always out to help with docking the boats, and happy to answer any questions. It’s great to be right at the marina, but on Saturday the boat traffic and the traffic at the bar next door was heavy. We didn’t really mind that, but if you want quiet and solitude, you probably won’t get it on summer weekends. Our biggest complaint was that the owner did not answer phone calls or emails, even the day we were checking in. Even after I called customer service two days in a row, the owner hadn’t answered them. Fortunately, the guys at the boat rental and a smart customer service rep were able to help us. Overall, it was a great family fishing trip!
We went for a long weekend - 3 nights - my wife and I, 5 kids and future son-in-law. Loved the house and location. Easy access to lake, right next door to restaurant. More than enough room for the 8 of us. Used kayaks, rented boat and jet ski and thoroughly enjoyed everything. Need to find the time to return next year and for a longer stay.
Rustic stay with Great Lake access
This is a great place for young adults who want to be close to the water and have access to free paddles boards / kayaks and canoes. That part was awesome. We came with my 75 year old parents though and were looking for something less rustic and a little more private. So it was not a perfect fit for our family but would be great for young singles. Ryan and the other guys that worked at marina were very nice and helpful. The Sand Bar restaurant was great and right next door. However the bedrooms were very rustic. Just a few things to help would be 1) screens upstairs so you could open windows at night 2) hooks in upstairs bathroom for towels / suits. 3) take care of the ants. :). If those things are taken care of I think it’s a fun getaway for 18 - 30 years olds.
Great getaway on a lovely lake
This house has two bedrooms. one with a queen and room for a queen blow up and another with a queen and two twins. we used all that plus 4 queen blow ups in the down stairs. You MUST have a boat to enjoy this place. Do NOT take that lightly. While the back yard has a seating area with fire pit, the view is blocked by boats and the property is shared with the boat company where people are always in your yard. The back could be cleaned up and made a bit nicer. Just sayin. They treated us RIGHT with all the boats and kayaks and wave runners so ASK! Right next to a fun lake bar. We loved our week on the water and the house had plenty of room. We will be back.
Gorgeous location on the lake.
We had a great time. The house was so roomy. The location was ideal, with our own pier in front. We rented a boat from Twin Lakes boat rental and it was right out the front door. The fish were biting and we caught a lot. There was a good bar restaurant next door and the food was delicious. This was a very quiet location on the lake. This was such a great experience.
Fantastic place and we will be back!
This lakefront home is beautiful and had plenty of room for our guests . Little extras ( dish and laundry detergents, hand soaps , paper toweling and plenty of bath towels/ wash clothes) were greatly appreciated !
We also enjoyed the beautiful sunsets, good fishing and bonfires right on the water . If we did not feel like cooking, we went next door to the “ Sandbar and Island Grill “ and enjoyed the tasty food!
Ryan allowed us to dock our boat on the pier in front of the house and we had room for our trailer and additional vehicles too !
In addition, he was very easy to contact with any questions and he really went out of his way to make our stay great. Our family will definitely be returning ! Thanks very much, Ryan !
