Beach box with life preservers and sand toys provided at beachfront Standing fan in downstairs front closet and small fan in loft closet. Platform deck at waterfront with plenty of beach furniture. A second dock on beach for mooring pedal boat and used for fishing. Please put all items back into original place before you leave. Boats properly secured on docks, beach umbrella down.
