About this property

This large Victorian home has recently been remodeled from top to bottom. The wrap around front porch provides endless hours of ocean views & relaxation. Large open concept kitchen with new stainless steel appliances, includes dishwasher. The center island has counter seating for 6, main table can seat 10-12 and laundry is located on first floor.

There are 5 bedrooms and 3 baths.
Sleeps up to 12 - Beds: 1 king, 2 queen, full/twin bunk, 2 twin beds and a pull out queen on main floor for a mobility friendly space. Living area has a 60" flat screen with cable. Extra long driveway easily fits 6 cars. In the yard you'll find an outdoor shower, BBQ, large picnic table, multiple seating areas & bike rack.

6 Beach badges are provided for your stay.
We provide bed linens, beach & bath towels. House has cleaning supplies and many everyday things you find in the kitchen. (Keurig machine, soap, sponges, lunch bags, plastic wrap, tin foil..etc)

New Central Heat and AC system.

Pretty good for what we needed

Great location, quick walk two houses from the beach. The main floor was great for entertaining (huge dining room table) and great big island with a family room attached to this main space along with a laundry closet and bathroom. Easy access to front porch where we spent mornings and evenings. Porch could use ceiling fans. The finishes throughout the property were all perfectly fine, but nothing luxurious. We were there with our teenagers for 3 weeks who could get a bit rowdy on the back patio which is something to consider given there are 2 rental units in the back house with folks who work fulltime and didn't appreciate our noise level, so it wasn't an entirely private property. The detail of the backhouse was not disclosed to us upon booking. It was great to have the whole driveway which fit many cars. Grocery stores are a few miles away. Overall it was pretty good.

A house that has no peers.

We have been renting a house for the month of August for more than 20 years in Belmar or Avon. This was the first time in Bradley and what an outstanding home. Its 4 houses from Ocean Ave. and is first class is every sense. All the towels, sheets, cooking utensils are new. The owners are fully involved in the sense of availability and need to make your stay as pleasant as possible. We as a family will be back next year!!

Perfect Home at the Beach

Fantastic experience back to back years! We are a Party of 9 with 2 little ones and there is plenty of space for everyone. Everything is perfectly described in the home details and the owners are BEYOND helpful if you have any questions. You can’t beat the proximity to the beach and it’s location to great restaurants and ice cream joints. If the weeks are open don’t think twice about booking this gem. Just don’t book our families’ weeks as we look forward to coming back next year for year 3! Thank you so much Bob and Jodi for another great family vaca with endless memories at our favorite jersey shore spot!

Great!

What a great home in a great location. Our kids loved hanging out on the front porch and the views it provided of the ocean. The home was very clean, quiet and comfortable – offering plenty of room. It has nice-sized rooms and a great kitchen for entertaining. It's very, very close to the beach and walking distance to everything else – restaurants, shops, mini golf, a great bakery, Avon By The Sea and even NJ Transit if you need to head into NYC. The home is also a quick 10-minute Lyft ride into Asbury Park for great restaurants. The owner was excellent – very attentive, responsive and provided a lot of niceties that made the stay pleasant and easy.

We have spent many summers in Bradley Beach and a few years ago decided to purchase a home in the area. We fell in love with this property and location. The house at time of purchase was a total fixer upper. Homeowner is an Interior Designer and took on the challenge of renovating the home. After two years of renovation its finally ready to share. We hope you will enjoy it as much as we do. This is a great location, right next to Ocean Grove, Asbury Park, Avon, Spring Lake, Belmar and so much more within minutes. The best part is sitting on the front porch and watching the Ocean.
