About this property

Las Olas #1 is a beautiful ocean front condominium complex in Las Conchas. This lovely home has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with accommodations for up to 6 guests. The home has a beautiful tiled entry where the propane BBQ is located at the entrance. The living room has soft yellow painted walls with a beautiful metal framed wall mounted mirror. The room is furnished with a light gray modern sofa and two arm chairs. The room has a small coffee table, and a wall mounted flat screen TV. The home also comes with WiFi and smart TV. The room is very bright due to the sliding glass doors that provide access to the patio. The dining room has a beautiful glass top table and 4 modern chairs beneath it. In the kitchen you have tile counter tops with flat panel beech wood cabinets and all brand new major appliances. The counter top also has a microwave, blender, toaster and coffee maker. There are plenty of dishes, pans, pots, glasses and bowls in the cup boards and the drawer s are filled with all the serving utensils and silverware you should need. There is a small bar off the kitchen that is lined with beautiful bar stools.
The master bedroom has a large comfy King size bed and desk, with a private bathroom. This room has access to the atrium and a large closet to hang your clothing. The 2nd bedroom is also beautiful with a colorful bed, bed side tables and a dresser for your clothing. The room includes a comfy queen bed and a double door closet where you can hang your clothing. There is a hallway bath close by. There is a door between the 2nd & 3rd bedroom. The 3rd bedroom has a queen size bed with with side tables and a private bath. The room has a dresser, closet, window & a door to access the Courtyard & front door (or use the internal door between the 2nd & 3rd bedrooms). All the bathrooms are lovely with spacious walk in travertine showers.
Bed and bath linens are included.
The covered back patio is tiled and extends about 15 feet before stepping down into the sand. There are plenty of chairs and a table where you can watch the sunset over the Sea of Cortez. Take a long walk on the beach, a dip in the ocean or collect sea shells. This is a wonderful home with many luxurious amenities. The home also has cold AC and ceiling fans throughout. You will not be disappointed.

Best Beach House

This is my 3rd time staying at this property!! I never have any issues, it is clean and inviting! I will continue to stay at this property time and time again!

Happy Fall Break

The house was great for mybwife and I and out two adult kids. We all had our own room and bathroom. We sat inside when eating do to mosquitos and it was a litte warm for dor this time of year. From the common and kitchen area we could look out the sliding door at the ocean. It was really convenient to walk out the back door down some steps right on tue sandy beach. It was really easy to get to town and to the wharf. We also felt very safe because there are three locked doors to get into the house. We took the owners advise and watched out water. No fault of the property the water situation in Rocky Point can be challenging. We will stay here again!!

Great beach house!!

The place was clean and has pretty much everything you need. The ocean was right outside the back door. The beach was clean, not too rocky, and the people that live there are very welcoming. Would definitely recommend this place and stay here again.

This is by far the Best vacation rental we've ever stayed in. No need to take everything you need... It's all there for you right down to the great body lotion in each bathroom. We will definitely be going back!

We have lived in Phoenix for all our lives and love traveling to the closest beach - Rocky Point! We fell in love with Las Conchas the first time we stayed there.
After purchasing the condo in 2004, our Aunt & Uncle decided to buy in, and completely remodeled it (They are General Contractors).
Our families have enjoyed numerous vacations together.
We hope you will make some memories here in this happy place as well.

Why they chose this property

The Sea of Cortez in full of wildlife - especially this quiet community.
We always see dolphins, have actually had a sea lion swim up to us, and love watching the osprey catch fish with their talons.
Las Conchas is primarily an American community that is gated with a secure staff.
The roads are well maintained, an people show pride about their properties.
The beach is the best part though!

What makes this property unique

This condo is the first one, so you only have one neighbor next to you.
It is not a high rise, it is a single level, directly on the beach.
The previous and only owner before us loved it so much that she wouldn't sell it to us until she met our entire family. She wanted to make sure we would love it as much as their family had :)
