Located in the heart of Key Largo MM100. It is the perfect home base to explore the keys. You will feel relaxed and on vacation the moment you enter this beautiful town home! Our Newly Remodeled 3 bedroom / 3 bath townhome is located in a gated community (Kawama Yacht Club)with 24 hr security. Kawama is a 24 acre complex surrounded by John Pennekamp Coral Reef State Park, known for some of the best Scuba diving, and snorkeling in all the keys.

The property amenities include 2 heated swimming pools, a one of a kind saltwater lagoon with a small sandy beach, private onsite marina with a boat ramp, boat trailer parking, playground, tennis courts, outdoor grill areas and fire pits by the ocean. The property gives guest ocean access via a deep water channel to some of the best fishing, snorkeling, diving and sandbars in the area. Guest can fish, kayak or snorkel the Ocean via our rock jetty.

This home is conveniently located directly in front of the main pool and steps away from the tiki and grill area.-- a great location for families!

Our 3 bedroom 3 bathroom townhouse with 2 living rooms gives plenty of space for guest to spread out and relax after a long day in the sun. First floor has a full bathroom with shower, bedroom with a queen bed and a living room with sleeper sofa and smart TV. The second floor has another full bathroom, another sleeper sofa and a fully stocked kitchen with Stainless Steel appliances and new white kitchen cabinets, a Samsung smart TV in the living room with 2 outdoor balconies with seating to enjoy a cocktail or cup of coffee. The third floor offers another full bathroom and 2 bedrooms each with king beds and plenty of closet space.

2 Beach Cruiser Bicycles and 1 kayak with paddle available to guests.

Plenty of great restaurants in the area including Backyard Key Largo Fisheries and Pilot House within walking distance. Come swim with the Dolphins at Dolphins Plus which is also walking distance from Kawama.

Kawama Yacht Club Condo R5

This is a nice property, pools, beach, lagoons and marina. The condo is close to neighbors but that was ok. Damaris was very responsive to our needs.

Great Key Largo Condo

We really enjoyed our stay, the condo was clean, spacious and comfortable for our family of 4. Nice coastal them decor. Loved the multiple living spaces, great for teenagers. Kawama is very pleasant, relaxed club. Plenty to do between tennis, pickleball, pools and kayaking the lagoon (pickleball set at the condo, bring tennis rackets or additional pickleball set for doubles). Nice walks to the jetty for a view of the Atlantic. Various spaces and chairs to sit and relax. Having the bikes was nice, if you want a golf cart call ahead of time to any of the area rentals, they will deliver. This was a comfortable setting to soak up the sun and take advantage of the proximity to many restaurants and nearby boat charters.

Cute Place

The 5 of us enjoyed our stay! The condo was the right amount of space for us. The community had great amenities that we utilized. The only thing I would say is they NEED towel racks/hooks in all 3 bathrooms, don’t understand why there isn’t any! The condo had very limited basic essentials, it could be stocked with more.
