Ideally located in the Marina district of Saint-François, this duplex offers a prime location for your stay in Guadeloupe with quick walking access to many bars and restaurants, the Casino, the various shops and amenities (bank, post office , pharmacy etc ...), AND ABOVE ALL, to two beautiful beaches located within 250 meters walk from the apartment!
In summary, the car is not required during your stay! But if you fancy an escape, again not need to go far: every day, from the marina, excursions to neighboring islands.
A desire for fresh local fruits and vegetables? Satisfy the daily if you wish by going to the market at 300 meters ...
And for lovers of golf, come walk the beautiful green 18-hole International Golf of St Francis also a few steps!

Tout était parfait. La situation, en plein cœur de St François, directement près de la mer et de tous commerces, le duplex en lui même est magnifique, aménagé avec énormément de goût, meubles de qualité et décoration superbe. La partie supérieure de l’appartement est vaste, très ventilée, avec un lit très confortable. La cuisine terrasse est très bien emménagée avec machine à laver, four, micro ondes et table conviviale. La salle de bain est très belle, avec des rangements et des multiples serviettes. Nombreux placards dans toutes les pièces. Mobilier exceptionnel, Mise à disposition de matelas, de sièges et de tapis de plage. L’appartement est extrêmement confortable.
