Located only one mile from Pleasant Mountain and Moose Pond, outdoor activities are right outside your front door! Enter the spacious open floor plan with massive windows for great sun! Step out onto the oversized deck and enjoy views of Pleasant Mountain. Stay comfortable year round, as the house includes both central heat and AC, controlled by an easy to use Google Nest thermostat. And rest assured your phone and tablet will work just fine here, as high speed Internet is delivered to every square foot of the house (and beyond) by multiple WiFi access points

The kitchen is well appointed with custom-built maple and black walnut cabinets, granite countertops, five burner range, microwave, refrigerator (that can make both normal ice cubes and ice balls), and Bosch dishwasher. Easy dinner accommodations are possible at the table right in the kitchen. If you want to grill there is access to a three burner stainless steel grill, and we make sure to always have a spare tank on hand!

Built with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, the house has room for everyone to spread out. The master bedroom is located on the second floor and includes a private marble tile bathroom with dual sinks, California King memory foam Ghost Bed, and comfortable seating to relax in. Step out of the master bedroom and onto the second floor balcony or what we like to call the "Perch". Cozy up with a cup of coffee or enjoy a glass of wine in the large modern chairs, pull up an ottoman, and take in the view of Pleasant Mtn lit up for night skiing!

The main living room area contains two comfortable leather couches. Enjoy cable TV, HBO, Disney+, Amazon Video, and Netflix on the 65 inch LED TV over the working stone fireplace. Control all the devices using one simple Apple remote. Connect your phone to the Bluetooth sound bar and enjoy your own music while you relax with family!

The second and third bedrooms are located on the first floor, and are positioned steps away from their own dedicated bathroom. One bedroom is equipped with a queen size memory foam Ghost Bed, while the other includes a twin over full bunk bed, and a pull out twin trundle bed if needed. Reading lights are installed in every bedroom for comfortable lighting before bed.

Venture down the stairs to the walk-out basement and enjoy the second TV area. Great for kids, a 55 inch LED TV is connected to Xbox One for hours of entertainment. We have a collection of games and movies for you to enjoy, but feel free to bring your own as well. Bean bags along with couch seating are available. The basement couch can be turned into another full bed for an additional sleeping area. A bathroom with shower is right around the corner. Also in the basement is a ping pong table for some friendly competition.

There is easy parking for 3+ cars on the paved driveway, with easy walk up access to the main 1st floor door.
