***ONE OF THE NICEST WATERCREST UNITS AVAILABLE FOR RENT***

16th floor condo at The Watercrest, PCB.

The living room and all of the bedrooms have mounted flat screen tv's with cable.

The master bedroom has one King size bed with ocean views and its own private bathroom. The master bathroom has a nice walk in shower with glass doors.

The second bedroom overlooking the water has a king size bed, flat screen TV and its own private bathroom. The bathroom has a nice walk in shower in it with glass doors.

The third bedroom has two full size beds.

The living room has a queen pullout sleeper sofa so the condo comfortably sleeps 10.

The third bathroom is newly renovated also with a walk in shower.

The kitchen comes fully stocked with all new stainless steel appliances.

Needs cleaning.

Sand on floor, furniture, and countertops. Decorated nicely. Good location. Appliances looked new. Third bathtub must leak; had plastic wrap on faucet. Did not use. Bathrooms need fans.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall a great experience!! The maid was over the top. We arrived early and she finished our room so we could unpack! Great customer service. The room was superb! We tried to keep it clean for the next guest. The only drawback was they took 2 days to replace front door during spring break?

WE LOVE PANAMA CITY BEACH!

Perfect Condo!

My husband and I rented this condo for the week of Thanksgiving for ourselves and our parents. The condo was absolutely perfect! Each couple had ample privacy with a bathroom in each bedroom, the kitchen was perfect for cooking a big meal and the balcony had enough seating for everyone to enjoy the view. The complex is very well maintained. I will book this condo again!
