Terrace with spectacular views of the bullring, the Alcazaba, sea, the seaport 'Muelle-Uno' with a great gastronomic and leisure offer. 200 m from the beach.

It has three bedrooms, the main one with a bed of 150 x 200 cm., En suite bathroom, large wardrobe and direct access to the terrace, a second bedroom with two single beds and wardrobe-dressing room. The third bedroom has two single beds (one of them is a nest). Reading room with large bookcase, study table, access to the terrace and a comfortable 135 cm sofa bed. This room can be used as a fourth bedroom. The bright living room, with access to the terrace, is divided into a living area, dining room and reading area. Large kitchen with office, and terrace to enjoy the views. Double glazed windows.

Its owners put at your disposal all kinds of facilities in case they come with children: cart, cradle, toys, highchair, etc.

Great location, very walkable, very much like the pictures

Easy and pleasant 8-10 minute walk to beach or port area...12-14 to old town. Very clean. Very communicative host who went out of her way to make us feel welcome. On a busy/louder street, which was not an issue for us coming from NYC. Rooms were definitely warm/air conditioning weak but bearable with fan and keeping windows open before bed.

Owner's Response: Thank you so much for taking your time to leave your rewiew. Happy that you enjoyed your holidays. I guess you didnt turn on properly AC system, sorry I didnt explane. The Ac has a high power system with temperature control in each room with fan, air conditioner or heater mode. It's a pity you did not let me know, I would have been happy to explain how it works. I will keep it in mind for other guests. Thank you again.

Central, clean and so comfortable

Stayed here for 2 weeks in December and had a wonderful time. The living room is bright and airy, the sofa and bed so comfortable and there is everything you could possibly need in the modern, spotlessly clean kitchen. This is a home and not just a rental apartment. The living room and balcony get the sun all day and views of the sunset over the mountains are spectacular. There is a lot of road noise on the balcony - it overlooks a very busy roundabout - but its a very interesting view. With the exterior doors closed the living room was quiet as was the front bedroom. Central Malaga is a short walk away through a nearby tunnel, or a slightly longer but nicer walk through the park. Buses are nearby and frequent for going into town, or, in the other direction, to Pedregalejo or El Palo for grilled fish at the sea-side. There are local supermarkets and restaurants within a stone's throw and on Saturday mornings some small stalls selling fruit and vegetables set up under the trees opposite. El Corte Ingles and Malaga's fantastic mercado are a 15/20 minute walk. It was a pleasure dealing with Susana who met us at the apartment when we first arrived and kept in touch throughout. There was a bad smell in the en-suite bathroom toward the end of our holiday and Susana responded immediately to this (although it could not be fixed during our stay). We have been renting holiday apartments for many years now and this was the best one yet. All boxes ticked.

Super appartement super sejour

L'appartement correspond exactement à la description, aux photos, et c'est encore plus agréable en vrai. Appartement très lumineux, climatisé, un vrai bonheur en plein mois d'août! La propriétaire est fort sympathique, parle français. On est à 5 minutes d'un supermaché, de tous les arrêts de bus importants, de la plage. Bref un super sejour, et encore merci pour l'excellent accueil de Susana.

Wir danken Susana für die schönen neun Ferientage, die wir in ihrem riesigen Appartement verbringen konnten. Wir waren zu fünft, drei Generationen, alles war vorhanden, wie beschrieben. Die Altstadt, der Hafen und der Strand sind in Gehdistanz zu erreichen wer trotzdem ein Auto mieten möchte, sollte eher ein kleines nehmen, da der Einstellplatz sehr eng ist. Wir werden sicher wieder kommen. Fam. Maier, Schweiz

Die Wohnung ist im Zentrum. Der Ausblick vom Salon ist märchenhaft: Die Hafenanlage, das maurische Schloss, die Stierkampfarena, der Park,el paseo.....

Die Wohnung ist gut geeignet für grosse Familien oder Gruppen. Die Nachbarschaft ist ruhig und sicher.

Wir haben uns wie zu hause gefühlt.
