Well maintained and comfortably furnished this villa is approx. 100sqm, has two double bedrooms, an independent shower room with toilet and an independent bathroom with shower attachment and toilet. The main bedroom has a 160cm bed and French doors onto the terrace, the second bedroom has a 140cm bed and French doors onto a covered terrace. The villa is built into the hillside, steps lead down to the open plan lounge/dining area with big comfy sofa and armchairs, fireplace, satellite TV, DVD, CD player and French doors leading onto the terrace, with a panoramic view over the valley and Esterel hills. The kitchen is fully equipped with electric oven, gas hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine.

The garden is well kept, with colourful tubs, a rockery and olive trees. Jasmin climbs the pillars of the covered pergola under which there is a teak dining table and chairs. There is another table under the mulberry tree to the side of the house. There are sunbeds, a barbecue and covered terrace with comfortable seating. The 10 x 4 infinity pool, with steps, has an immersion alarm and can be protected with a fence if required. Please note the driveway may not be suitable for very low cars!

Comfortable villa Well equipped.Fab pool with view

We have just spent two weeks at this lovely place.The area is beautiful with hills, forests and gorgeous little hilltop villages.

The villa is really superb with everything you could possibly need down to needles and cotton in a bedside table drawer (just in case). It has a comfortable and shabby chic interior that we enjoyed and we really felt 'at home'. The pool and terrace were where we spent a lot of time, even with the aid of wonderful lights in the pool we went swimming after dark!It was a first for us,fatntastic! Free view English TV and decent wi-fi made it even more special. Given that the weather was hot and lots of beautiful places to visit nearby, We will definitely be back!

Absolutely Fantastic!

It was exactly how I'd imagined! The view that greeted us after an awful an 8.5 hr stop start jam from Dijon in 40 degree heat was soooo welcome! Our very helpful contact Karen popped along once we'd settled in to explained things like electric gates etc...

This is a fantastic location with Montauroux a short walk, Lac de Saint-Cassien a 10 minute drive away and you can see the E.Leclerc supermarche from the villa - again a 5 minute drive away!

I'm afraid to say I can't recommend anywhere to go visit, eat or do....as this was a total relaxation break of doing absolutely nothing! The villa provided us with everything! The pool was our entertainment - we had superb weather during our stay!

The villa was very well maintained and clean and the description was very accurate - although I personally thought it was better than the description!

If I had to suggest anything....hmmm maybe a welcome basket - Baguette, butter, milk, carafe of wine, selection of hams?!! We've had this is a villa we stayed in last year and it was most welcome! We loved it so much, we've paid our deposit for our stay in August 2016! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and I've been recommending the villa to friends and family! Thank you :)

The villa is located 300m from the Medieval village of Montauroux which has a full range of shops, including a mini market, bars and restaurants. In July and August there are dances and concerts in the village square and surrounding villages. This is a perfect location for those wishing a restful holiday with the opportunity to visit the region's stunning scenery, including several perched villages as well as the glamorous Nice, Cannes and St. Tropez. You can spend the day at the beach, a 30 min drive, or at the St. Cassien lake which is only 10 mins drive. The reputed Terre Blanche golf course is 8kms, and there are numerous other golf courses within 30 mins drive, a list will be at the villa.
