Great location, responsive host
You can't beat the area - this apartment is centrally located to the Jordaan, as well as Central Station.
Suzanne is very responsive for any needs!
Perfect base from which to explore
The apartment had everything we needed. Cosy and warm, felt like home away from home. Suzanne couldn’t have been more helpful. Highly recommended.
Really nice location. The unit is away from the busiest touristy parts of town but in a very picturesque area, with lots of nearby places to eat or get groceries. Walk to Centraal station in about 20 minutes. We walked everywhere from the apartment, including the Van Gogh museum (not sure how long it took). We were not confident enough to bike in Amsterdam like the locals but enjoyed riding bikes in the countryside on daytrips. Plenty of space for a family of 5; had everything we needed. Owner Suzanne was very friendly and easy to work with.
A lovely place to stay while exploring Amsterdam
Suzanne's place was perfect for our needs. We wanted to stay close to the center of the city but with a sense of neighborhood quiet and this place absolutely fit the bill. There was plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby, all of them great. The place was clean and in great shape. There was a minor issue with the shower fixture but it didn't hinder us from being able to use the shower. We did not take advantage of it but there is a kitchen to eat in at but the fridge was a small one so I don't imagine you will keeping a lot of food in there. It was a little bit of squeeze for our family of five (teenagers) but that wasn't unexpected and there is an extra mattress that you can access if you need more bedspace than the bunkbed and the king size bed provided. Overall, we were very happy with our place. The location simply can't be beat.
Lovely apartment in a great neighborhood
We enjoyed our stay here. The owner has taken care of many small details which made us feel very welcome. We have recently stayed in many VRBOs on our holiday and this is one of our favourites due to the woman who showed us around, the apartment itself, and how easy it was to stay there. Lots of shops and restaurants on your doorstep, but also quiet at night.
Great Amsterdam Flat
This was a wonderful place to stay during our few days in Amsterdam. It is decorated very well and it is well appointed. Everything you need is there and there are many details around the house that make it beautiful. We were a family of four and it was perfect for us and even more people could stay there if necessary of course. They provided water and milk. We used the washing machine and dryer and those worked though the tire was a bit slow to dry clothes. You can walk to many sites from the apartment and the street it is on is so cute. The main street that is one minute away has a ton of places to eat and shop. WiFi works too. Great. Highly recommended!
