Why Craig chose Old Town
It took about 3 years of looking at properties before we found Sandridge House. It has a comfortable feel to it that the many other homes we looked at didn't have, with privacy and space that is very difficult to find in Old Town, yet steps away from the action when you want it. We put a lot of effort into making it our home and we love having people stay here while exploring everything Park City has to offer. Park City has a cool vibe that's hard to explain. You'll experience it when you visit!
What makes this House unique
Our home has a large private fenced yard, very hard to find in Old Town. No other homes crowding space and privacy, you will notice that's not the case with most Old Town homes. Our reviews show guests enjoy all the little things we have added. High end appliances, vast selection of quality cooking tools, luxurious bedding, boot heaters, pink sea salt and organic pepper. We made this home the way we would like a home to be if we were vacationing. There are city steps right next to the home leading you to the action. The house is perched on the hill overlooking Main Street and across to the ski runs of Park City Resort. Skiing, Mountain Biking, Golf, and pretty much every other outdoor activity are here to explore. Great restaurants, shopping, and night life are say walking distance. The Egyptian Theater is a 4 minute walk from the home.

The home was a perfect retreat for a family getaway. The location ideal . Craig and Lisa have anticipated all of a visiting families needs. The home is bright, clean and cozy . Truly a home away from home! We look forward to returning.

An awesome house!!
We were blown away by how great this house was! Pictures do not do it justice. Fantastic gourmet kitchen with every appliance & gadget you may need. New, upscale, bathrooms. Luxurious linens, comfy beds. Everything was immaculate! Beautiful oil paintings on the walls. We enjoyed playing the CodeNames game. Chess, backgammon, poker, checkers were available too. Boot warmer was a much appreciated amenity as well. Private parking spots & 5 minute walk into town. Cannot recommend this place highly enough!

The property was in great condition, better than in the pics. Everything was clean and up to date.
We had a great stay at this property. We were able to check in early and everything was clean, with lots of extra blankets and towels. The kitchen and bathrooms were clean and very up to date. There were clear instructions for everything we could need. There was also contact information for a house manager, who was extremely responsive and helped us with everything we needed. The property is steps from Main Street as well as a short car ride to Deer Valley for skiing. While we didn't have a car, there was ample parking and the house was very accessible for Uber and Lyft. This was the best experience we have had renting a house and would definitely recommend this property.

218 Sandridge is located right in the heart of Park City. A more convenient location is not to be found. The city wide free shuttle stops less than a minutes walk from the house on Main street, so getting anywhere in the Park City, Deer Valley, Canyons areas could not be easier. All of the excellent dining, shopping, and night life of Park City's Historic Main Street District is a easy stroll down the city steps located next to the property.
