The apartment is also equipped with: high speed internet, either via cable wi-fi, air conditioning in all rooms, central heating and double glazing in all windows.
For your stay in Rome this apartment is the best choice to get to know the historical center of Rome, walking through shops, plazas, fountains. It is located in the heart of the open air lounge of Rome.
We traveled to Roma for 9 days with our four children. Alessandro is very responsive and helpful! We really appreciated having two bathrooms (one shower). There is a bedroom with two twin beds, bedroom with a queen, tiny closet-like room with two fold up twins, a double air mattress and a pull out couch. So lots of sleeping options. There is no dryer so you need to air dry clothes. We cooked many meals in the kitchen, but didn't fully figure out the oven. There are so many take away food options close by too. The Coop grocery store is a 5 minute walk. The neighborhood is very safe and quiet at night. We let our kids go out for gelato without us. The driver Alessandro recommended worked out very well. Overall great experience!
Very convenient location to Metro; walking distance to other attractions. Property was very clean, and air-conditioning was a real plus!
We wished it had been a little less cluttered with other visitors' leftover food, magazines, shampoos, etc.
Alessandro was there promptly when we arrived and explained everything very well.
We enjoyed the apartment very much. A terrific location, walking distance to just about every where. There is A/C in living room and each of the 2 main bedrooms which is not usual, but very nice. Good communication from Alessandro.
First off, we had a wonderful time in Rome. What an amazing city!
The apartment is located in a quiet street, yet close to busy Spanish steps, and short distance to every touristic site seeing in Rome.
Pictures of the apartment were a little deceiving. The master bedroom didn't have the pretty flowery cover but instead an old grey cover. The family room could use fresh paint, and the kitchen was not so well maintained! The bathrooms were good, and beds were comfortable.
Alessandro was very accommodating, even though we had difficulty communicating in Italian.
This apartment was in a great location. Convenient to shopping, eating, and a supermarket! Within walking distance to see several sites and just a short walk to catch a taxi. It was nice to have a coffee press and cookware, as well as a hairdryer. I loved hearing the noise from the street below and the occasional music. It was big and a small elevator was also available.
I would highly recommend this apartment!!!
The apartment is clean and very big. It's very close to the collosium and the Vatican both about a 12 euro cab ride. Also about 3 mins walk to the Spanish steps and 5 min walk to the fountain. It's also surrounded by great places to eat and really good shopping. This is a great spot to stay while visiting.
Via Frattina is located very close to the splendid Piazza di Spagna, Via Condotti and surroundings, where we find the shops of the most famous and exclusive Italian and international brands, from Bulgari to Cartier, Valentino, Prada, Versace ... For those who want to spend less, a the favorite for Romans and foreigners for clothing is Via del Corso (which starts from Piazza del Popolo and ends on Piazza Venezia, both within walking distance from the apartment). As for public transportation, the Spagna Metro stop (Line A) is right behind the square and there are several minibuses that run through Via del Corso. Nearby, there is also the entrance to the parking lot (parkSì) in Villa Borghese. Also very close to a taxi rank and bus stops. With the elevator inside the Metro, you can climb to the Spanish Steps and the Pincio (Borghese Gardens), without having to climb the stairs. Near this exclusive location are some of the most famous monuments, squares and streets of Rome: Piazza del Popolo, Via del Corso, the Trevi Fountain, the Pantheon, Piazza Navona, St Peter with the Vatican Museums, Piazza Venezia, the the Capitol, the Roman Forum, the Colosseum, Villa Borghese, Villa Medici and Via Veneto, all within walking distance. A few minutes you also have the 'Pincio', the fantastic terrace in Villa Borghese gardens overlooking the city.
