About this property

Comfortable 2 bedroom APT A located on the left side of the property . You get access to the entire APT A apartment and its not shared with other guest .Easy access to Marta and 3 miles from downtown. Close to Turner Field, GA Aquarium, Coca Cola, CNN Center. Convenient Access to I-75 1/20 and I-85. Its also 10 mins from the airport.
The house is a duplex and this is APT A. It has 2 bedrooms .Bedroom 1 has 1 queen bed and 1 twin bed.
Bedroom room has 2 twin size beds . We also have 2 twin size rollaway beds that can be placed in the rooms or living room to sleep a total of 6 to 7 people.
Both living and master rooms have a 50 " flat screen tv .The has hardwood through out so you don't have to worry about filth that hides under carpets.

You get what you pay for

Not my idea of a clean overall property. While new appliances are featured in kitchen, many rooms and areas need work. While the owner says the rooms are clean., they are with help of numerous air fresheners, except a good cleaning of the cobwebs on the walls & ceilings, the bugs and dirt in the light fixtures, the additional beds/mattresses/ and bed frames taking all the room in the closets, the one bed being supported by wood two by fours, and the found cockroaches outside and inside (that I understand is accepted in some parts of Georgia) was not all we expected. Owner did say that pest control would be coming soon as the weather gets warmer. The surrounding area is ok, not great, but ok; close to downtown and airport. Does have parking and nice back yard, but close to freeway so does get noisy. Furniture is old, but doable. Some windows did open, but no screens. Does have two TV cable tv's; one in living room and one in larger bedroom. Consider bringing some light bulbs as some lamps were without bulbs and some of the others needed some brighter ones.. AS the owner states, there is nothing close as far as restaurants or food marts you would feel comfortable in. Overall felt like I was back in college at the frat house. Owner was great on conversation prior to the stay, and then silent when and after we left. AS I said, you get what you pay for. Thank you.

Did the job for us

The location was great for what were doing. There was some busted stuff in the house from a previous guest and the owner was working on sorting it out. Safe and quiet neighbourhood.

We enjoyed our stay !

We stayed here for four nights and had no problems the owner was always available if needed and it was a quiet and cozy ! Definitely recommend and we will definitely visit again !
