About Robin & Maryann

We are Vacation Property owners, managerS and builders. We enjoy exceeding expectations of our guests and have found that paying attention to the details separates great properties from just good properties. We enjoy boating, biking, tinkering with sports cars, flying airplanes and traveling together along with our son (in his 4th year of residency as a Urologist), his wife and new baby. Coming from a large family myself, the few vacation trips we took as a family when I was young have been imprinted in my mind. Now we have cherished memories of vacations, travel and adventures we've taken with our 2 boys which will be with us forever.

Robin & Maryann purchased this house in 2003

We were very satisfied with the spacious Victorian home we rented. The bathrooms were very clean and roomy. We loved having air conditioning in each bedroom. It was also useful having the two kitchens and a washer and dryer. We spent most of our time in the second floor open space area and on the first floor deck. We also liked being so close to the beach and restaurants. We were also happy that there was the option for the linen service as well as the cleaning service which we used as well. We had a fantastic time in Narragansett and highly recommend this property to others!

Early Vacation

  • 4 of 5

Great house for a large group. We had a lot of people and we were very comfortable. There is ample space for sleeping and for visiting! The house is airy with a lot of natural light. The room air conditioners were a huge plus. The house is in walking distance to great shops, restaurants and of course the ocean. We walked to PJs Pub, The Coast Guard House and Narr Town Beach. Also - drove to Galilee, Pt Judith and Newport. We had a great week and would recommend this rental to other large groups!!

Our stay was wonderful!

  • 4 of 5

We had a family reunion and 52 Narragansett was one of our rentals. Plenty of room, clean, walking distance to the beach and the owners were easy to work with. The location is also walking distance to shops, DD coffee, ice cream and restaurants. Our must stop spot, is a lobster roll, on the top deck of the Coast Guard House. The house was a great place for board games at night and the side deck perfect for coffee in the morning. We have been coming to Narragansett for years, but never a large enough group to rent a big house, so close to the beach. Would recommend.

Owner's Response: AnnMarie - Thank you for such a wonderful and heartfelt review of our Seaside Victorian where members of your extended family stayed last September for your family reunion. It is always nice to have hosted a family that is so well matched to the location, amenities and special features of our house and to have them speak so highly of their experience. We try very hard to represent our Seaside Victorian honestly and truthfully so that when people arrive they quickly feel at home and their expectations are met or exceeded. Thank you again for taking your valuable time to write a review so that others can benefit from your first-hand experience. Best regards, Robin

Most Excellent Time

  • 5 of 5

It was a great week and perfect location. The home is very close to restaurants and activities. The beach is a very short walk away. Narraganset town beach has the best waves and the water is at it's warmest in August. The house itself is huge, comfortable and relaxing.

Great house/location for family and friends

  • 5 of 5

We needed a larger house in Narragansett for family/friends coming in from out of town for son's wedding. House comfortably furnished, very clean, has three large bathrooms and is within walking distance of the beach and our wedding location at The Towers. The deck out back and the front porch provided pleasant gathering places. A broken window in kitchen although reported was not repaired while we were there. Would definitely recommend this property.

Owner's Response: Jane - it was such a pleasure to host your family wedding guests at our Seaside Victorian and so glad it worked out so well for your group. Being only a block from the ocean and 2 blocks to the "Towers", one of our areas favorite wedding and special event venues, we worked hard to have the house ready for your early season event. In spite of our best effort to make the repair locally, the cracked thermopane window needed to be sent out of state to be manufactured to the exact dimensional requirements of our 100+ year old Victorian. We are delighted that this minor inconvenience did not in any way prevent you from enjoying the many benefits of the house that met or exceeded your expectations. Thank you so very much and please come back to stay with us again.

This was a fun and perfect seaside house!

  • 5 of 5

The location was terrific and the house comfy and spacious-enough room for everyone to eat, sit, visit and sleep. The beach was extremely close as well as wonderful nearby shops, eateries, ice cream and coffee! Each family could comfortably walk to a variety of summertime places. We had families from around the country for this re-union including places such as Texas, Wyoming, New Mexico and Oregon and the opinion of each family concluded that this was a great place and one of the best Family re-unions ever!

Owner's Response: Lisa - It is so rewarding to have such wonderful guests as you and your extended family and know how much you enjoyed the house. We get so many extended families who come together every summer or two to enjoy time here in Narragansett. The historic town with its multiple beaches, restaurants and events make this a very special place and certainly one of New England's finest. It is gratifying to have people from so many different places say they have made such wonderful and lasting memories. We certainly look forward to hosting your next family reunion. Thank you. Robin

Great location....perfect for what we were looking for. That is a very comfortable rental, plenty of bedrooms and baths due to extended family vacation. Two large kitchen areas and family rooms. Outside deck was great gathering place for evening dinner and conversation. Would rent again in a heartbeat.

Owner's Response: Kevin - Thank you for sharing your vacation experience at our Seaside Victorian this summer. Your review was especially welcome knowing that the weather was not full of sunny days and the house provided an opportunity to gather with friends and family which was your top priority. Next year we'll do a "Sundance" to make sure you enjoy great weather all week and take full advantage being only a block away from the beach. We look forward to your return from far away Portland, OR. Best regards, Robin
