Cozy Home W/ Large Yard In The Pier! Walk to Town Beach!
This house is located in the desirable Narragansett Pier area, just a quarter mile from the shops and restaurants. Narragansett Town Beach is only half a mile from your front door and you can walk right onto the beach!
Narragansett is a beautiful town that has something for everyone. With many beaches to choose from--Scarborough Beach, Narragansett Town Beach, Roger Wheeler State Beach, and Salty Brine State Beach are all a short drive away. Narragansett is close to the Block Island Ferry, which makes for a lovely day trip. Grab lobsters off the boat in Galilee! Also close are Providence, Newport, Mohegan Sun Casino and Foxwoods Casino.
Given how much everyone loves the town beach, parking is restricted to residents only on the weekends so walking distance to the beach (not just the seawall) is a key feature of this house!!

Coming Summer 2019, this home will feature a brand new, state of the art AC Wall Unit to cool the lower level and windows upstairs! Having this much sought after feature will make your vacation that much better!

Not to mention, this house has a large and bright over sized kitchen with both a breakfast bar and a separate dining table. The kitchen opens onto a great deck with a large enclosed yard and a grill for cookouts. The family room is decorated with a beachy theme and it contains a flat screen TV, cable, wireless Internet, & DVD player. The house has a washer and dryer, dishwasher, ceiling fans in the bedrooms, AC in two upstairs bedrooms, two bathrooms, an outdoor shower and an outdoor covered grill. It truly is a charming house that is ideal for families looking to relax and get away from it all.

The house is situated right on the bike path and there are tennis courts just up the street. There is a playground and a public library right in the area. Location means everything in Narragansett and this house sells out every summer because it is reasonably priced and a great location.

Narragansett Pier Village is at the end of the road and you can walk to Trio, The Picnic Basket, The Coast Guard House, and the Food Network favorite 'Crazy Burger'!!

There have been more improvements to the house since last year so book early because the regulars will be back!

Great location and amenities

This is a nicely sized house. Our family of 5 loved having 4 bedrooms so all kids could have their own space. The decor and atmosphere is very cozy. We felt right at home. We really enjoyed the fully stocked game closet. The kitchen is a great size and nicely equipped with everything you need for a family vacation. The walk to the beach is very easy and convenient. We also love an outdoor shower and this is one of the best we've seen in a rental.

Great stay in Narragansett

This is our second time at this property, the kitchen is great for cooking and gathering and the outdoor shower is great. Location to beach and town is super convenient! this will be our go to when staying in Narragansett!

Spacious and comfortable!

Great home in a great location. Our first time vacationing in RI and this home had everything to make our vacation enjoyable. Morning coffee on the porch and family dinner on the spacious deck overlooking the beautiful yard. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Great beach vacation

We had a great week at the beach. The main floor of the house was excellent, offering a fully stocked modern kitchen, a very comfortable living room and an excellent deck and yard. We also really appreciated the beach chairs and toys. The location was great, too. It threw us off a bit that there was no bathroom upstairs and that both bathrooms are downstairs, as that changed our sleeping arrangements a bit. But It was a great rental!
