Situated in the beautiful Pemberton Heights area of North Vancouver on an 8900 sq ft lot. Great for families who want to spend time together, being away from it all, but close to it all. The Corner Stone Bistro is conveniently located right across the street, where you can have breakfast, brunch, lunch, and fine dining. Not to mention JJ Bean Cafe and convenient store. Transit is right next door for easy access to downtown Vancouver, Lonsdale Quay, Capilano Suspension Bridge, and Grouse Mountain. Why they chose this property

One of my favourite things about this property is sitting on the large covered deck overlooking the yard and flower garden. The double french doors open out to the deck so even if you are indoors you can still enjoy the view of the outside in the open concept home. It truly is a lovely place to be.
