Just Steps Away From the Beach | 3 Bed, 3 Bath

Unwind in this modern 3/3 home and experience the great views from the large windows that overlook the beach. Featuring a large gourmet kitchen, two living areas (a 3rd-floor living area has 2 twin-size pullout sleeper chairs), an oak spiral staircase, an entire ground-level garage, and storage space for your coolers and fishing equipment. Lounge by the pool or take a stroll to the beach. The 60-foot dock is tucked away through a tunnel of mangroves that opens up to the canal in the back with a fish cleaning station and shade.

Please note that if you plan to travel with a boat, we can only guarantee that one boat will be able to fit at the dock. Please be sure you are familiar with the dock size and do not assume more than one watercraft can be secured at the property during your stay.

Great location, house, and pool

We enjoyed our stay. The house was spacious and in a great location. Any problems we had were addressed immediately. It was the perfect spot for our family vacation.

Great time

This house is the perfect location - directly across the street from Sombrero Beach with a park, playground and beautiful beach access. We used the heated pool and hot tub everyday and almost every night. The lounge chairs are very comfortable and the outside dining areas were perfect for meals. We cooked our meals in house and the kitchen had great nonstick pots and pans and most everything you needed for your culinary creations within reason. We utilized the outside gas grill everyday for our meal prep too. The layout of the kitchen made it comfortable for several of us to be doing meal prep at the same time without feeling crowded. We loved sitting in the front porch rocking chairs every morning and people watching. It is a very busy corner, but the back of the house and pool area are secluded and private. The pool was dirty with leaves and sand in the bottom when we arrived but the rental agency was very responsive to my questions and requests and rectified the situation in a timely manner. The bedrooms on the main floor were a little bit small, but adequate. The upstairs master bedroom and bathroom was huge. There was also a sitting area and office space upstairs. We did not utilize that area and felt like it was wasted space for us. We were surprised there wasn’t a pool table or football table in that upstairs area. We had a great week in our rental house Beachy Keen and give a big thank you to the promptness of response of the rental company to our requests.

Family vacation

We really enjoyed our stay. The property was awesome. Loved the pool area and screened in patio. Large bedrooms and great kitchen. Looking forward to staying at this one again.

Beautiful home

Overall, the house was beautiful and true to pictures online. The house was clean but lacked hand towels and wash cloths for the bathroom. The spa is very difficult to figure and we had to contact our host. That being said, the host was very quick to respond and helpful.
