This cozy 1 bedroom apartment attached 2 a cute beach house is newly renovated. You will enjoy the mid/south-island location close 2 many shops and restaurants. You can easily walk to Redfern Village and other entertainment. The bedroom has a king bed & the living room has a brand new queen size sleeper sofa. The unit comes w/ new furnishings & reliable wifi. Just outside the apartment is a courtyard for great outdoor living. Unit includes usage to 2 bikes (Beach Cruisers) for an additional fee.

NO PETS or ANIMALS - Due to allergies, we have a strict no pet or animal policy. Any guests agree when booking this property that in the event of an animal entering the property, the guests will immediately be required to vacate, the remainder of their trip will be cancelled without any refund provided. Additionally, guests agree when booking this property that he/she will pay a pet (or animal) fee of $200 per pet (or animal) per day.

PLEASE NOTE: Although the island remains unchanged in comparison to other areas because of the pandemic, I can’t guarantee the status of amenities, shops, and restaurants during this odd time. Unfortunately, if something is closed that is out of my control, I would be powerless in trying to force them to be open. Please just be aware of this if your are booking a property anywhere during a global pandemic

Neighbors in front were very noisy all night but that would not always be the case had problem with the code and was quick getting that solved other than that did not have any other issues thanks

The warning about the drier was right on it dries clothes in 20 mins. On medium. More towels and wash clothes would be better. We liked that it was so clean.

Great time!

We had a wonderful stay at St. Simon’s. We enjoyed every aspect of our trip. Great restaurants, shopping , and visiting with old friends. The place we stayed was out standing. Very clean and supplies everything you need for a short stay. Nice kitchen with all the amenities. Loved it!

Clean, great location

House was clean and everything was fine. It wasn’t the most homey or comfortable place, but the it served the purpose, was a good value for the price and was clean. Owner was great at communicating and the location was near everything with just a short drive.

Why they chose this property

This unit is south mid-island. You can walk to Waffle House in the morning even though it is equipped to make breakfast and coffee with a Keurig machine. You can use the free bikes that are provided and ride all the way to the beach. The famous Southern Soul BBQ restaurant is just a half mile away. At night there is live music at Red Fern Village which is just about a half a mile away. The locals love Red Fern Village. We enjoy oysters at Catch 228 and fish sandwiches from Gnat's Landing. Both restaurants have live music.

What makes this property unique

The home is a cottage connected to another home with a shared wall. The home is beautifully renovated with a barn door and new tile floors. It has more than what you would get at a hotel including a washer and dryer and free bikes, but with the feel of a home, all at a low price.
