Fabulous place

  • 5 of 5

We recently spent 10 days at La Grande Bastide and it wasn't enough. Set in the middle of a vineyard in a 200 year old stone farmhouse which has been completely rennovated it is gorgeous, spacious, very clean and comfortable. It is divided into multiple seperate appartments, so though we were just one couple, it would also be good for families or groups of people. It is very quiet, peaceful, and ideally located for visiting all of the great hill towns around, which each have their own market days. The saturday market at Apt is must. There is a nice pool which is refreshing after a hot hike or shopping day. The owner, Mrs Marini, speaks fluent french, english, and chinese, and is very responsive as is the caretaker Housine. The Grande Bastide gets my highest recommendation!

Beyond expectations!

  • 5 of 5

We've just returned from a fabulous 10 days at this property. We stayed in La Maison des Rosiers, which was far more spacious than the photos led us to believe!!! The accommodation had everything we needed and was well kept and clean. The environment is beautiful and peaceful. It was just too hot for our family to go on any long walks... The swimming pool was a welcome place to cool down and spend some time. In the run-up to our stay we needed to contact the owner a number of times and it was easy to do so by e-mail, with a quick response time and reassuring answers. Highly recommended!!!

Magnifique lieu de vacances

  • 5 of 5

  • 4 of 5

  • 5 of 5

Description correspondant à la réalité.
