You can live large in the entire upstairs house located directly on the beautiful Greenbrier River. My house in Shaw-mi-del-eca features a 2 bedroom one bath with Jacuzzi tub. Well stocked kitchen for you chefs. A large wrap around deck for late afternoon naps or great cocktail time. Very Private gated community with easy access to Lewisburg known as The Coolest small town in America. A short 4 miles drive to the famous Greenbrier Hotel. Direct TV and wireless internet provided. I have been here at this beautiful location only 8 years. I'm an artist and have my studio located on the ground floor. I live and work here with my Chihuahua Lovey and my 2 cats who live on ground level in my studio.

Why they chose this property

This place is so beautiful, serene, and peaceful. It is a very small community consisting of only 13 houses. I have lived in this area for over 25 years and moved from WSS to Lewisburg area to be on the river. My best friend lives nearby and we both like spending time on and near the river. My porch is equipped with a swing and comfortable chairs for lounging. Recently added corn hole, and a hammock. Come enjoy the hummingbirds, they are here until the end of September.

What makes this property unique

I'm nestles in Caldwell between Lewisburg and White Sulphur Springs, I have 4 kayaks available for paddling down the Greenbrier River in a channel that leads to the only dam on the Greenbrier river. A quick 1 hour adventure right from my front porch. Email me for updates and availability. I'm only 1 miles away from a great walking trail. Shop in downtown Lewisburg. There is 2 live theaters and a cinema 8 close by. Can't miss touring thru the famous Greenbrier Hotel resort located 4 miles from my house. 10 minute drive.
